Want some suggestions. What should be the price for JDM Alto 2013/2016 imported. It is a manual transmission car. Even the mirrors are not automatic. It's mileage is 35000km. What will be it's average on petrol.

I have jdm Alto 2014 model. It's AC compressor not turn on when car is idle, as soon as car start moving, AC works perfectly and through chilled air. What could be the reason AC not switching ON at idle position?

If ur eco idle is On then this will happen

Echo idle is off, this problem started to happen this year. Could be low gas pressure be the reason? When car moves, pressure increase and AC switches ON.

Gas pressure u mean AC gas?

There are 2 things
1. Ur AC starts cooling better when moving?
2. Ur AC switches ON when u start moving?

If yes for 1 then AC gas may be low
If yes fr 2 then apologies i am not sure about whts the problm....someone else can guide better here

aoa, searching for good 660 car, i have a Mira ES 2012, thinking of an upgrade.
shall i consider JDM alto and wagon r or wait for PKdm Alto? and while comparing JDM wagon r and JDM alto which one is better in ride comfort , space and fuel efficiency.

Im selling my JDM Alto 2015. Silver color, seal to seal genuine.very minor touching. Triptonic version with Traction control, heated seats and engine is very good. New tyres, plugs and engine oil filters changed this month.

Assalamalaikum , i m a newbie and about to buy suzuki wagon R 660 cc limited edition 2012 model 2015 regestered .its a 4wD car slow speed wether u want it or not it will drive on all four.It has an S button as well in case you want the engine to do some extra speeding for u.
My only concern is 4WD option though its good in testing times but still i need expert opinion about the pros and cons of it. I have not bought it yet . The guy is a family friend going abroad and he says he will sell it cheap to me (10 lakhs)

4WD would be heavy on fuel and probably you won't get that fuel economy in comparison to 2WD. However I have seen people removing shaft or link from rear wheels to make it only front when drive. Rest if price is making quite a difference then go for it.

Considering both Alto and WagonR having same condition then in my view Wagon R is more comfortable. Moreover in later models of Alto Jul 2013 & above both cars have same R06A engine with CVT gear, hence drive will almost be same.

Aoa. I am new to pakwheels. I have alto jdm 2009 model.my car has started reducing engine oil and also engine has become noisy. Anyone may suggest any good mechanic/ustaad in rawalpindi pls?

Get the PCV valve and catalytic converter cleaned first. How much is the car driven? which engine oil have you been using? If doing these two things don't resolve the issue then further things will have to be checked.

Hey Guys. I have Alto Japanese 2015 model.

Few months ago the main battery got spoilt so I got it changed (Falcon). Somehow the ECO IDLE function stopped working properly, it would work sometimes and would not work at times with the orange light blinking.

I got it checked on computer and no error was pending.

So I got the main battery changed again (Daewoo) and still the problem did not get fixed.

I got it checked by 4-5 different experts and some thought it might be an issue with the battery, others were not sure. So i finally switched to Hankook 38AMP. the problem is still there, ECO IDLE works sometimes and doesnt work at other times.

I got the main battery checked with 2-3 other battery shops and all are saying the main battery is working perfectly.

Can someone please guide me if they have faced the same problem and have resolved the issue...

I have gotten it checked on the computer multiple times and gotten a hard reset as well, still the problem hasnt gone. Please help. Thanks in advance.

First point: These eco idle function works only if the battery is exactly 12V or very close to it, it wont even work on 11.5 or 11.7 volts it will shut down while the whole car will work totally normal no issues. Since you had gotten new batteries they would have been 12V in the start and still didnt solve an issue then comes the problem that the 12V battery has to be of very specific amps. Local ghadday ustaad dont know shit and apnay bakwaas opinion de k bas koi bhi battery dalwa detay hain.
I'll check in the user manual and let you know which exact specification battery is required. Till the time being many members have faced this issue and there is only one specific battery that has worked well as a replacement i have forgotten maybe someone here will comment.

Lastly i have personally noticed that eco idle doesnt do much wonders. It doesnt save a ton load of fuel, the engine itself is very efficient that it give good mileage but it also depends on route. The max fuel i have saved as per meter indication is 1 Litre of fuel per 600km . With my mileage figures of 20kmpl it become 1 litre fuel saved for 30 litre of fuel used which is not great. So lets say my eco idle stops working i'll live without it easily but this is only my opinion.

Its K-42R battery. No idea about its amp or anything couldnt find anything online neither its replacement.

Deawoo battery has a battery selector based on cars, i dont think they have done extensive research to suggest a battery for eco idle cars but these are what it suggest for 660cc Alto

Did you use any of the above or some different from Daewoo

PAKWHEEL GURU'S. I have booked suzuki alto vx version due to limited budget. I was excited to install aftermarket A/C but last day I came to know that aftermarket A/C will not work properly and car computer system will reject Air conditioner and engine light will turn ON. And further engine heatup issue will occure etc. The person who told me this has given me refrence of Pakistani wagonr VX that has these issue I.e check engine light and engine heatup after installation of A/C bcz A/C do not come factory fitted in vx version. Also that suzuki discontinued wagonr VX due to such issues.

Now I an affraid if same happen with Alto VX .so I thought to get advice from pakwheels Guru's. Pl advice me has anyone encouter and resolved A/C issue with wagonr VX or any solution . Bcs I cant switch to vxr version. Pl guide brothers.
