Guys i was wondering if i can install power windows in Alto VX/VXR? I have mehran 2017 right now thinking about selling it and getting alto VX or VXR. So is it possible to install power windows in it? Has anyone done it?

in VXR or VX both can be upgraded from kaabli parts of JDM alto, will cost you roughly 15 to 20k for all four doors.

Went to 3s yesterday for 1000 km inspection. Upon asking if something can be done for excessively hard front doors, was told thats the way it is. He then proceeded to roll down a window and opening and shutting the door, which was much better, the point being there's no way for air to escape during door close, which leads to excessive force being needed. He then lightly greased the doors and sent me off

Theres a new periodic maintenance schedule in the notice board of suzuki 3s which recommends 5000 km for alto and 10000 km for swift Cultus and wagonR. Anyone encountered it yet? It was dated somewhere in January 2020. Couldn't take picture

On second inspection they were saying rumor circulating about 10,000 km oil change instead of 5,000km

What about push start? There is certainly space for it in the dashboard but what about wiring provision etc? I remember a guy once did put push start in his Toyota Grande before the face lift. He got it from Ali Xpress.

Why we're not getting Intl Version of R06A engine? The Intl Version has MINIMUM of 40 kw of power and 54 horsepower. We're getting 39 horsepower and 29 kw of power.

i wouldnt recommend messing with the wiring for push start :P....once can think about it but only if you get hold of OEM push start grip but for that you need to change ECUS and make the fob key work...whats the point of push start if you willl still be using the key?

Well if Suzuki had half the decency, they would had put the things for which there is space already given in the dash board instead of covering it up with rubber and plastic. Sometimes i wonder when the board of directors would be presented with a briefing on launching a new product, they would be like "yeh be nikal do, woh be nikal do, yeh sub nikal do".
Getting hold of OEM push start, Will the one in Japense Alto work? Getting the required programming within the ECU is what concerns me. And no if i were to go for a push start it will have to work without the key otherwise whats the point.
Anyway i think i will pass. I am too lazy with the usual office and home routine to get into this mess along with voiding any warranty and messing my car up.

Got the first oil changed few days. Turns out you have to change the oil filter on every oil change every 5 k. What's up with that.

Fuel average of this thing is amazing. Got 22.3 km/l (580km/26l) on last tank and it was before switching to 0w-20. Let's see how much improvement I get after the oil change.

With 0w-20 engine feels a bit quieter on lower revs at cruising speeds. Couldn't feel any reduction in noise while accelerating.

you will surely now feel better idling too...i have all my life changed oil filter everytime i get oil changed. isn;t that a standard norm?...you should too

Honda's recommends changing the oil every 5k and oil filter every 10k kms and I stick to that. People using older mineral oils may want to change oil earlier like at 3-4k but fully synthetic oils can easily handle 5k kms. Also oem oil filter is good for 10k kms too.

I want to know what average this dinky gives in cities like Hyderabad and Karachi? Since all cars give lesser fuel average in these cities, I want to to know how much less. Any members from Karachi or Hyderbad?

I travelled from isb to lahore and from lahore back to to isb this weekend in 3000 rupees petrol int his little
monkey LOOOOOOOOOOOOL.
Although i cant feel my right foot now because of constant accelerator use lol
