Also using similar tire size on Wagonr aswell.

Maybe I have mentioned alot of bad things, it my unliking. Every second car on the road is a silver Alto and is selling on around rs. 300,000 own money.

Maybe In later times I buy it again.

I have came across so many instances when ags starts falling apart at 25k mark both in india nad pak.

maybe ags makes extensive use of clutch as compared to manual way as these clutches cam go upto 100k km mark easily if not dragged.

alto is pirpose built car aiming at fuel economy with decent AC.

i think it fullfills both of them.

u can say its a utility vehicle going from point A to B while keeping urself comfortable and not worrying too much abt fuel.

for other factors it would be same like u r trying to find some comfort n luxury from a revo after spending 8 million on it.

asaan lafzon mein its 2nd car for ur city commute.

if u want to convert it into sonetbing fancy then u better add that money and get a cultus or vitz.

if want to keep it more than a year or so then get a vxr.

in europe almost every hybrid is driven to half million mark to justify its cost n utility which is saving fuel.

just use the car as it to get maximum benefot n keep the warranty intact. my two cents

I am using 165/65 R14 tyres in my Alto AGS and getting an average of 20-24 kmpl. My drive mainly consists of highway/GT road. Covered 9500 Kms till now.

The AGS jerk is there. With some experience, you will learn to minimize it, but it does not go away completely. It is felt in 1st and 2nd gear, however, I do not feel that the car is underpowered, other than the lag which is there when the car is changing gear. It can be minimized up to some extent with the correct use of accelerator. In fact, I think that this new R series engine from Suzuki is wonderful as it gives you outstanding fuel efficiency along with adequate power delivery.

As I travel frequently on GT road, I can tell you that this car easily smokes Suzuki Mehran which is 800cc and also the old 1000cc Cultus with some difficulty. In my opinion, the air conditioner is also quite good, far better than ac of the previous Cultus. Strangely AC also does not put much load on the engine unlike Mehran, Khyber, Cultus in which cars used to come under excessive load after switching on the AC.

Also, the headlights of Alto are excellent. Provides very good visibility, illuminates the whole road ahead with high beam.

Yes i have mentioned in the Cultus thread aswell, The headlights on my Alto were better then my 2022 Cultus. Probably Alto had Japanese headlights,

People are claiming new cars dont have motors maybe Paksuzuki started localization.

After saying all that I feel 660cc cars are underpowered, low on AC performance, not ideal for motorway / hiway useage or speeds over 80kmph.

AGS probably but not manual vxr. And I have wagon r vxl as well, out of these 2 I would recommend alto any day due to superior drive

yes, beam of lights with motors are much better then the lights without motor. one more thing i observed is that the vapor barrier used in cars prior to dec 21 have blue thick plastic material, whereas the cars from later model have transparent thin plastic.

i happened to drive a 2022 Alto AGS today, Office parking guy told me isko peeche kerdein, Hamei automatic nae chalani atti.

i just moved it from one spot to another, it had weird sounds coming from the back, 400km driven have been seeing it daily, it probably got its number plates today.

u ppl are lucky getting number plates on timely basis. here we dont get number plates for years.
and now sindh govt has given the contract to some army company for printing of new design plates with AJRAK design.

I am from karachi only, Sold my car without original plates.

Have a 2015 Corolla in family, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022 still number plates aren't being issued.

Somehow my wagonr 2018 has orignal plates.

While selling alti the dealer said BQD to BQZ series agai hain.

The 2022 alto I drove, I meant it got its number today, plates to Allah janei kab ainge

The ajrak design is still not authorized, people are in a dilemma. Some are making after market, But police is authorized to stop you.

Vapor barier, never got a chance to open any of the door cards.

Yes, 36psi is the recommended pressure.

BPC (2018), BUG, BVK still awaited....no chances of receiving any original plates from Sindh Sarkaar...
