Just got back from the showroom. Was looking for a test drive of VXL AGS but it was not available to drive only vxr manual was available so i didnt bother driving it.

The VXL ags variant aswell as VXR variant built quality is superb specially the interior. i guess this is the right time to buy it because later on the interior parts will also be local degrading the quality seriously.

the front seats ill be very honest far comfortable thn the NEW CULTUS. rear seats are phatta.
the AC worked just fine how it should. the interior buttons aswell as door panel quality opening closed of all doors is fantastic and as good as the JDM version.

ive been told VXL AGS is on 4 months booking time and azim motors islamabad only accepting full payment noway i am paying full payment and waiting 4 months.

This is insane, asking full payment on 4 months wait time. Later, you might be paying more due to price adjustment if increased by Pak Suzuki (which I guess surely going to happen, considering unstable condition of our rupee)

Here in Karachi, dealership is booking VXL AGS variant for 500,000 with 3 months wait time.

If you guys feel AGS underpowered, shift to manual drive mode and stop complaining.
The AGS causing sluggish behavior is due to shifting of gear to 5th at the speed of 50 or 60. AGS is only useful in city traffic where you need to stop and go. When you are on highway or roads where you could drive faster, shift to manual.

Other then that, Wait for a month, real situation would be there i personally think VXR would be the best seller, VXL AGS is for people who want cars for their wives.

The car not having a spare wheel and being priced close to WagonR would push WagonR sales forward. Plus rumours have already started for a AGS WagonR soon to be announced.

VXL is way overpriced over VXR for ABS and AGS... both these are not so expensive...

dont mind but still far better thn any JDM crap fraudulently imported on someone elses passport. Hope the new payment policy has halted fraudulent import.

Suzuki pakistan has now slowly but surely upgraded the whole lineup only carry dabba left.

Suzuki Macca Motors, but today they are making excuses for AGS variant.

I called Pak Suzuki Booking & Facilitation Centre, they are not taking booking for AGS and asked me to call on 20th June for details.

I went to see the car today. Inspected the Vxl AGS. One thing I liked about it is its very spacious for its class.
With the front seat fully back I still had atleast 4 inches of spare leg room and Im 5'11. Impressive!

The quality is 10 times better that we used to get in Mehran. The door inner shields felt a little flimsy.

The seat are very comfy as compared to the Cultus that was parked next to it.

The exterior design is subjective. It not very appealing but can be enhanced aesthetically to look better.

But people were complaining about the absence of spare wheel, lolz. You cant change Pakistanis.

Just came back after getting VXL AGS booked.
Rumors are that booking of VXL AGS will be closed today & no more bookings will be taken for another 3 months (but again rumors are rumors).
Estimated delivery time is 90-120 days which will be confirmed once we will get the booking confirmation letter from Pak Suzuki (expected time to receive that letter is 15 days). Will update as soon as I get that letter.
Dealers were allowed 5 bookings & after that they have stopped taking bookings as quota finished.
Every other dealer is narrating a different story, so my advise is to book your car via regional offices only.
Lets hope for the best and pray "may my choice of booking a local auto car result in a better decision than buying an imported 660 alto automatic".

no really, wagon r can be used for go+ but alto cant due to engine size. wagon r still better for kareem.
