Yes, same was the case in my test drive, i was moving in 4th gear at a speed of 40-45 kmph, then i planned to accelerate hard and to my surprise , AMT got reverse to 3rd gear instead of 5th fwd. after 4-5 sec it again moved to 4th and then fifth, and that 3rd gear was very painful jhatka

Friend working in Suzuki confirmed that, Pak Suzuki has installed a plant at Bin Qasim for production of Suzuki Swift Hybrid but it will take at least 2 to 3 years to launch.

dear - if there are no imports then PS will stick to old crap of models.

Only due to imports or imported cars they are forced to upgrade with new tech. else they loose the market share.

But its good that they are improving - I am more then happy that they have introduced R series engine. Good luck PS

That's normal....u need more rpms to accelerate better....which is why it shifted back to 3rd

Very poor business from Suzuki booking and facilitation, Ocean mall, Karachi . As when I called on 16JUN to get information on my order of Suzuki Alto VXR booking 15APR. They verbally referred me to Suzuki south with a new Booking order number. And suzuki south asks for balance payment on a notice of 1 week that too without any written information.
Can' t understand this verbal business by the PakSuzuki and its dealer. They better communicate all their booking forms orally. without any signatures. Nothing in print. Only after receiving a lot of hard talk, did they e-mail me the balance amount. The poor customer support e-mail of paksuzuki can not sort things out after 3 days.
This is pathetic sales performance by Pak Suzuki. Manager of facilitation center, ocean mall deserves 'laanat'.

Better keep a watch and get every thing especially balance amount etc. in writing from dealer and Suzuki facilitation center. They can not be trusted on what they say. As keeping business oral hints at fraudulent ways.

aik baat bataoon! Suzuki nay advertise kar kay car sale karnay kay liye customer dhoonda. Now it is their responsibility to use some business ethics. Which business in the world works by oral communication? Yes! if I go on grocery shopping. But whenever it is a matter of hundreds of thousands, there is written communication.

All car burglars and thieves in the country must be extremely delighted at the launch of XVL variant of Alto. You guys know why? Because it's got power fold back mirrors and a LCD screen. Items that rank at the top of their list. A secondary market for these items will immediately follow and we'll all be going there in no time for repurchase of stolen stuff.

WR vxr is proced at 12.64 lac and vxl at 13.44... and alto vxr at 11.01 lac.... I would always preferred WR over alto 660 by adding some bucks... 660cc is of limited use... sometimes it feels powerless... and A.C. is also of limited cooling... even on long drive 660 is not good performer... I have kept WR for 3 years and currently have 2 660cc at home... i would say that u can use 660cc as a 2nd car for local driving or for female use... don't buy it as a first car for yourself...

I can't believe that the car with this design is launched in 2019. Guys, please don't buy it. If you keep buying these, they won't upgrade. I bought a Baleno in 7 Lacs couple months back in India (14 Lacs PKR).
