I hv this way in my mind....whenever i get to buy a car with power and retract side mirrors....the first thing i will do is to change them to the basics one of the same model (i.e. VXR's plain black side mirrors in subject case)....then after some time (like a year or so) when car is not new any more put the orignal ones back on

how often do we use them even anyway...fix the angles once and thats it.

Btw i haven't come across any such story of cultus mirrors getting stolen...maybe because they are not retractable....i think being local produce the alto vxl may be somewhat safe bcause more jdm mirrors are stolen than the pkdm's....i hv hardly seen any vitz with its orig mirrors

Thanks for the rubbish advice. Paks auto market and indias are totally different. Alto launched here is far superior to alto in india in terms of engine looks and goodies.

Well dudes. The quality of cars is much compromised in India. Mostly in Suzukis where in case of accidents, there’s a high possibility of death.

I wonder if Pak Suzuki would’ve adopted the same thing. But... let’s be optimistic.

Heard asad umer speech today about budget today in which he raised objections against FED for cars upto 1000CC. So there might be reversal......

It looks a like hit from back not a damage during transportation, but this isn't confirm weather it was bike or truck which hit the car Further, we cannot comment about the intensity of hit by just looking at the picture.

it is a bike hit, alto was over an extra bulged speed breaker when bike hit that. The bike guy is harrased & taken to the show room, because he have no license, no papers for the bike and ...... by LAW the ONE WHO HIT from BEHIND is at fault. Safe distance maintain 1 meter per km of your speed, so to stop at safe distance in emergency.

I suggest all of you write a complaint directly to PM of pakistan. I recieved phone call from Asad Umer today about "har mumkin koshish" to reverse FED on 1000cc and below.
Not sure why asad umer called me and not hafeez shiekh or someone from his office. Maybe PM asked asad umer to see this himself.

Guys I'd like to ask you something. I'm getting VXL on lease. The overall cost of the car is around 19 lac. After deducting insurance and tracker fee, I'm paying the bank extra 3 lac. So after 5 years, do you think its resell would be good?
I will be paying 16 lac for VXL. What will be its resell price after 5 years?

Now that you are asking our advice please read carefully.

Spend what you have in your hand. Stay away from bank its utter lanat. Whatever you have in hand buy it inshallah allah will give you 3 times 19 lakh in these five years.

Staying away from bank is the most beautiful thing i did to me when getting my first ever car and i still thank my gut feeling for not choosing bank. I have learned from my elders by not going down the bank line.

Is there a high-mount Stop lamp? The rear lights are too low and pose a safety hazard.
