Guys went for the oil change, the Suzuki guys telling me that they do not have oil filter, what to do now? Also should I go for their 10k checkup that costs 5k? Does it worth it?

Not possible. Oil will drain from the oil filter hole.Your next best option is Asakashi oil filter from PartsCentral. You can use those until OEM oil filter gets back in stock. Dealerships are not giving any timeline for the parts to get restocked.It's better to change filter instead of using the same old filter for long time.
Well I've got the oil changed as well as oil filter from some other shop and yes the oil filter was changed after changing the oil. There wasn't much wasting of the oil though. I had used the 5w-30 the green bottle oil, but after changing the oil filter, the mechanic poured the remaining oil as well into the engine, now I'm worried that what to do, they have collectively poured 3L of oil in engine and also the dip stick also showing that the oil level is well above the upper limit. What to do? Any idea? Or should I leave it as it is

Never let them pour the entire 3L bottle. It SHOULD BE 2.7L. The manual and the facts say so. Overfilling engine oil can increase pressure on the crankshaft. I don't know if it can cause any major damages. Ask an expert. Over filling 300ml is still a large amount i think. Correct me if im wrong.
The first gear oil replacement is to be done after 15k km running. Then after every 40k km. So if the first owner has already changed the gear oil, you have nothing to worry about

I can assume that previous owner hadn't changed gear oil as it is very roughly driven. Is it written in manual to change first gear oil at 15k then after every 40k???
