Dear Fellow Alto PKDM owners. So after buying my Alto VXL AGS in November i was driving it with a hard foot to see if everything was well but now after 3 months of enjoying the car i am trying to use it for its basic function i.e. Fuel economy.
I have started driving the car in manual mode and in low rpms. max speed 80 downhill, 70 km/h on regular roads. usually maintaining a speed of 60-65km/l. My route is from Eme to canal road to final destination mall road. I also do morning school runs with this car. AC is mostly on.
So the fuel average of last tank i got is 26.7km/l which is very good. Filled a new tank yesterday and the mileage mentioned is through the meter. After observing this my brother has started to drive his VXR Alto with light foot and is getting 26.6 km/l now.
My route has crazy traffic in some places but i never got stuck during last tank for more than 15-20 mins.
Driving habit includes, Driving in second lane, keeping distance between cars when i can, avoid braking harshly and avoid accelerating harshly. Also note that i mostly drive the car alone and occasionally with a small family.
For me patience has been the key and a few times during last tank i did lose it but still ended up with 26.7km/l. Previously i was getting 21-22km/l in city.

I have changed the rear high stop lamp with an after market one with the options of hazards. heres the result. The images are taken as screen shot from a running video so bear the results.

good gadget but isnt it a step further towards achieving proper auto rickshaw look, which it already has significantly

its a proper back light. the reason for doing this is just because in bumper to bumper traffic ppl dont see the left or right signal until there is a distance in between the cars and the motorcyclists also, they dont see down whether we are braking or signalling.

i have tested it for two days, visible change felt as they incoming cars & bike wala from rear get notified easily with this high tail signal light.

By the way wagon is more like saazgaar Rickshaw just a spare is needed at the back door.

Hi guys
Last month I visited suzuki center for 25K service and they asked me to change spark plugs and do throttle service.

But after doing this I am feeling car is bit heavy in giving acceleration is it normal. I feel like I have to push hard some time I feel it is missing.

I am using 10w40 ultimatum suzuki oil.

Any idea?

Use 0W-20 or 5W-30 oil. Your car will have better acceleration and fuel economy

Subject: Alto bt App in AGS VXL

Sometimes the Bluetooth doesn’t connect and I have to turn the multimedia off and then on several times for Bluetooth to work, I have noticed whenever I face this issue there’s a new connection available on my phone by the name BT_APP. But if I connect to it nothing happens.

Does anyone know if Suzuki has an app for multimedia (maybe for screen mirroring or something)

Only a metal plate with four holes needed after getting a template made from cardboard.
The light had 5 wires i.e.
Left indicator
right indicator
stop lamp
Parking
Earth

I just added two indicators as the brake wires were already there. Bought thin speaker wires and passed it from diggi to the spare wheel left side area where the wiring loom is going from within the car. just carefully removed he side mouldings. there were yellow and green wires for left/right indicator which were checked by probing a needle connection and then connected the thin wires coming from top.

What is function of Button in Gever shifer / Lever in PKDM Suzuki Alto AGS. Please answer

In Alto as the Stick is mounted to accomodate the movement vertically switching between the R,N and D positions the button serves to prevent accidental and unintentional movement of the stick by driver and other occupants.

The same button is not in Cultus AGS as the stick movement pattern is horizontal there.

It can be done easily. 2 screws its bolt on. Find a scrappy in your locality. If in karachi let me know I'll hook you up.

Karachi mei your best bet is shairshah only or else I know a guy who can send from peshawar via Daewoo. The sheirshah guy can visit your place aswell.

I replaced cultus 2022 seats and Corolla 2006 seats.

Been okay. Rear passengers complaine the head rest is nuisances. (They need to be raised else passenger complain).

And when they raise it to use it. The driver rear view is disturbed.

How ever since I got the cultus I had started having back pain. Replacement seats have front and rear separate headrests.

The seats are soft they need fresh poshish since they look old compared to the brand new feel of the car. Also comes with driver seat height adjustment.

The rear seat bottom hasn't been fitted 100% accurately, I have been lazy to get it fixed too. Mostly I drive it alone only.
