It was my third experience of
buying Suzuki sedan (CIAZ) and surely last one. Pak Suzuki Marketing Department
always fail to market its sedan products. Last week I call your helpline and I
was told that Ciaz is discontinued. It proves your marketing department is
really ignorant of marketing strategies itself a very weakling or Pak Suzuki
don’t have ability to manufacture a good product, its capability is Mehran and
Cultus. It my suggestion to start manufacturing three wheeler carts to meet the
market, because three wheeler cart is level of Pak Suzuki’s standards. And by
the way please check your below email, in which your customer center told me
that Pak Suzuki development department is continuously keeps on working
to bring out new products (Hopefully it will be a joke of the year). We had
bought 5 Ciaz one by one and were very satisfied. Now we all assure Pak Suzuki
that we will never ever buy any Suzuki product. It is a shameful act for Pak
Suzuki that it was failed to promote Ciaz while in India Maruti Suzuki Promote
the same product and massively reduce the sales of Honda City and other
competitors. In last once again It is my suggestion to your company to start
manufacturing Three wheeler carts, because Pak Suzuki is still sitting in 20th
Century.
