I have already mentioned your methods in Trick# 5 & 6 in my Trick list but as i told it did not work too

Only i am hoping that one of Suzuki 3S told me that such "Original" seals/rings for EFI cultus will be available from June 2018 onwards as they have ordered this part in reasonable quantity due to their non satisfied customer
(I am also thinking to write a letter to Pak suzuki in my free time regarding unavailability of such critical parts; although it is minor but they should ensure adequate supply by reconsidering their Supply & Chain Management process)

I think internal seal of distributor is leak and you keep changing external o ring.

Mine was also leaking since 6 months got one seal changed from mechanic for free costed me 40rs from salaam autos g-10 mine is also carbycultus he only unscrewed those star screws changed applied silicon with it.
Other seal which is inside the distribiter was not changed as it was not leaking that much maybe little bit oil u can feel only by touching....
But will also change that soon which seal you replaced?

If its carby cultus then any 10W40 API SM and SN oil is ok. And guard oil and air filters are good to go too.

Bro, i was talking about Guard's oil filter and air filter. No idea about its oil

I have purchased different types of silicones & elfy and gave to Mechanic whichever they demand like. As he has opened different engine components so I have tested and used Dirko & Mannol brands in 3-4 different variants like Mannol 9912, Mannol 9914, Mannol 9916 with Liquid Moly Aerosol Si Spray+ Liquid Moly Leak stop(also known as Gear Leak Stop).
For final outer covering at various places + fixing of loosing indicator cover, bought locally blended Si by Harris
After these efforts, only thing lacking was under sized & oversized distributor inner seal

I am surprised that it seems you have not changed you oil once by 3s or 2s suzuki dealers. Anyways der aeed durust aeed. I also did this mistake of using wrong API rating but when suzuki dealer guided me + pakwheelers strongly advocated then i converted back to API SG 10W-40.
Hydraulic lifter specially carby engines like yours need certain ZDDP amount which is not present in newer grades(I think due to Environmental issues) so that is the reason why we have no choice other than SG or SJ
I used Shell yellow pack before SGP but when i converted, believe me u will also feel reasonable difference.

This distributor is a mechanical part and if proper seal is not used oil flow won't stop.
Buy Mega Grey silicone from some reliable spares parts shop and apply it thoroughly and let it set and dry for at least three hours. Check again and let me know if it works.

Brother , my car is also suffering from this disease and its very common in cultus but i'm not really concerned about this because i clean the engine after short intervals with a dry cloth.

Freinds, that leak is not related to O rings. Try to understand my technique. My cultus was suffered from that leakage too. And got rid of it after lot of research.
Just deattach that Tikki which hold the distributor. U will see a big O ring inside it. From that side you will see a cavity inside that tikki where distributor lower bolt secrewed in. Close that hole from inside only and install that tikki back and install distributor on it. Mission complete.

I changed that ring type of seal in the distributer you should have removed the original one took it to a reputable auto shop and get of that size applied good quality silicon in amount so that after putting all together some silicon might come out and then leakage will be stopped as in my case
These seals are of too many sizes now you should check the size by opening distributer of any other cultus carby....

Use one size larger o ring which will also be slightly thicker. Tried and tested method, without any silicone application

Use of silicone sealant is recommended. There are different brands of silicone sealants that i have used and found mega grey to be the best among them.

Any one is using Zic X5000 15W40 API SJ oil in efi cultus? Any reviews plz?

i think its a diesel rated oil. API SJ seems fine for efi cultus
