Today I got my car back from mechanic and luckily in much better condition. I would like to thank cordially to PW members esp @RehanBhatti , @sayedgulhassan , @abid110 , @hassantahir2 and @brownrose78 for their continued support.

For reference, I have also attached engine sound after repair

Sound of engine has smoothen a bit after the repair of head and cam but it was dropping RPM and blinking CHECK ENGINE light (a few times in 6-7mints). There was also some issues in starting the car means it takes 2-3 ignitions for starting. Initially mechanic wanted to keep car till saturday (Friday is off) and a/c to him "tutor" is having issue, it needs to be cleaned. But I told that I need car so he said to bring car on saturday. Overall it was okay, only problem is I have to leave clutch very slowly when I to drive from zero, otherwise it switches off and secondly pick up is bit slow

Bhai ye mechanic jab bhi koi engine ka kam krte hain tu clutch ki setting wapis nae late ya tu us ne ap ka clutcb bhut nechay kr deya ho ga jis ki waja se aik dam gare ap ki band ho jate ho ge... Ye ap kuch bhi set kr skte hain 10 secs ka kam hai khairrr.... Ap mechanic se kehna clutch ko dobara middle ma le kr aye... Our jo jo masle hain wo us se clear krwae taka ap kay mutabik setting bethay rpm ki bhi...
Engine oil ab kon sa use kr re hain?

Thek ha engine noise bs rpm bhut high ha us ko 800 pe laye....
Check engine light ma jis ma oil ki light show ho re hote hai chirag ki trah? Wo oil pressure ki ha...

Following the thread since long. Me also want to buy new radiator so any reputable shop in lahore from where I can get loads, allwin or any good copper radiator? Thanks.

Yup shayad esa hi hoga... kio k me bahut araam se clutch chor rhaaa tha 1st gear se phir band nh ho rhii thi... RPM kay issue pe wo keh rha tha Throttle body me valve hota ha uski cleaning karega tu RPM issue "sat" hojai ga... waisay RPM 800-1000 k bech me hain cng pe but petrol pe zaida issue kar rhay thay ...

ek lite hai CHECK ENGINE wo blink kar rhii thii.... us ne kaha tha throttle body me kuch issue haa tu ye light blink karega tu pareshan nh hona n saturday ko ajana.. baki oil es waqt car me havoline 10 w 40 dala huwa ha n w 1500 km chala ha... ab konsa dalo?

Dr sb is ko 3000 pe change kre our zicoil.pk se order krain engine oil our sukon se use kre... Fake ka koi masla nae ho ga our oil bhi acha ha...

Just get clutch in the middle where it was before, when car starts moving it should be in middle.... Agr bhut uper kiya tu pao ma dard shoru ho jata hai bhut kam oe gare band ho jate hai kbi kbi... Is leya middle is best....
Is nut ko lose kre gay tu clutch nechay chala jaey ga our agr tight kre gay tu clutch uper chala jaey gay.... In your case just tight it 2 times clockwise

Yes this one...
Buy 4 litre pour 3.3litre save rest for next time, buy 3 1 litre packing next time and use 300ml from previous dabba.
Btw why are you using CNG i suggest to remove and tune your car on petrol and use it...
But still if youre using cng then change this oil @4k or @hassantahir2 will better guide you regarding change interval

Regardless of petrol or CNG it would be better to change oil at 4k km's if most of the driving is in city. If you drive on long routes out of city then 5k km's is fine.

My daily running is some 100 km and cultus petrol avrg is hardly 10-12 Km per ltr in city traffic... so cant afford.. I think my car cng gives 18-20 KM per KG

As head of my car is repair and faced, do i need to change this oil early? Have driven 1500 km with this one

So my friend who bought khyber is ordering zic oil tomorrow.
His car was used by his nana and recently overhauled but last engine oil is unknown but personally car was heavy so maybe 20w 50 is being used now...
He uses CNG most of the time around 80% and same route as mine with 10% or less traffic....
So what do you recommend? Also change interval.

Yes better to change early if you have bughet....
As oil gets dirty during this all process... Plus zic oil has low engine noise, you should go for it but after getting your car stabilised with throttle work etc.
