Yeah change oil a bit early. Most of the time when engine is opened water/coolant makes it to the oil galleries and oil pan. So it is better to change the oil after such work.

Btw, what should be the labour and spare part charges if head is repaired and valve has replaced? My mechanic took 15K... 3S quoted 50K I guess

I remember when i got my head gaskit changed when i got my car back in 2016 start... Engine oil and coolant and other particles were getting mixed while mechanic was surfing the block.... At that time i was noob... The era i ruined my engine​

in Karachi, cng is very economical - its available all year round with 4 days a weak opeing and CNG stations at every corner. i myself never use petrol in my baleno - 99.9% times CNG. cultus/baleno gives awesome cng mileage and petrol mileage is worse.

since this was your first time, so keep it as an advice forever - ALWAYS buy parts on your own and decide labour only with mechanic - there are over 10 quality parts available in market and mechanic always buy lowest possible quality to maximize his profit per job.
