Mechanic cleaned throttle body with petrol but issue has not resolved completely. Now he is saying issue lies with throttle body sensor. I called 3S and they told this cost 25000.

Now please suggest me what should be the plan of action?

IAC valve ka masla... Cultus's kabli parts are rare as it is a veryyy old discontinued car in the world and Baleno's throttle will not fit in. Thats why Cultus's kabli parts are expensive and rare. The ones you find are actually out of pkdm cars repaired and refurb. The throttle body plus IAC sensor of my Liana is available readily in market for 2k total! If you can spare some time, i can accompany to shafiq mor market tomorrow morning to arrange something for your cultus..

However, iac and throttle ka koi taaluq nahi missing se. So missing wala mamla alag hai... I am scared for your case now There could be vacuum leaks, improper fitting/sitting of gasket and imperfect sealing

After head repair, few problems rose in car, which were not present earlier. Car was missing and unstable rpm esp with petrol. CHECK ENGINE ligjt was also blinking. Its switches off again and again esp when its slow in traffic or speed breakers. Mechanic cleaned throttle body and said I have issue with sensor. I went for Efi scanning malir cantt, that report( I have attached as well) says that i have issue with engine cooltant temp circuit. Efi wala checked circuit and said its cable is broken. He repaired cable. Then he again did scanning which shows no fault. Car remain started for 15 mints with AC rpm was at 1000. Afterwards, I drove car for 1 hour, 20 mint on CNG and 40 mints on petrol. Alhamdulilah, it has been a smooth drive, no rpm drop and no missing.

You are very wellcome. And always go for a scan first,whenever you see some abnormal behaviour of engine. Try to buy ur own scanning tool like ELM 327 1.5v, it works great with SZ Viewer app. It will cost u hardly Rs 1500. I have it and check my cultus engine status periodically. It safed my ass from a serious over heating issue related to engine coolant sensor.

If u buy ELM327 1.5V bluetooth scanning tool then u can scan ur ECU anywhere and anytime by connecting it with ur smartphone with bluetooth.

Glad to hear that your problem has solved now, you have faced alot of trouble in your new purchase but now its working good so enjoy and use engine oil which i and everyone is recommending then your engine noise will further decrease.
Regarding radiator do research and buy one which hassan bhai have recommended.

I hope same scanner works for baleno too right! g13b engine. My Liana's Bluetooth scannet doesnt work with baleno as its obd2 and baleno is obd1.5 i guess

Dr sb, I am sorry to say that SZ Viewer app is no longer available at google app store. That scanner only works with that app. So, hold on untill that app available again.

Radiator guy claims this is original alwin core and he can replace it in 4500 as tanks are genuine and are of thick material than new loads air alwin radiators.
What should be price of core and how much old core should fetch?
