Does anyone know Cultus efi tappet adjustment values as per the manual? mechanic saying 0.6mm intake and 0.8mm exhaust, are these values correct? I have checked his feeler gauge it was completely worn and all the marking were gone, Idk how is he checking tappets of different engine khair I think he adjust all Suzuki old cars on these values, So if anyone knows do let me know

1- there are different instrument clusters available in market.. like euro spec one, US spec, JDM spec... Are these all simple plug in to the existing local Cultus setup, or any alterations required?

2- same question for the different tail lights available... Is it simple plug in?

How to identify if the cluster is for a 3cyl or 4cyl engine? Would it matter?

Yes. And I believe all Cultus models are g10b (4cyl)

The carb ones are G10 3cyl bro.. 2000-2007

But how can we check the cluster for this difference? ... I m trying to find US spec cluster, which was for their G10 3cyl engines, but was EFi... So i guess that cluster would be a fit for our local EFI 4cyl, no?

Weird problem is happening in my cultus efi electrical system,A/c turns On and off on its own even A/c switch is turned off, It's happening after car gets warm, Replaced the A/c relay problem still persists, weird thing is it's not happening constantly so when I visited the electrician it was completely fine and on my way back it started again, Car runs perfectly fine with A/c ON when it engages on its own car rpms gets dropped and weird A/c clutch started engages and disengages and weird sounds from A/c clutch, I checked it on the scanner (sz viewer)when it happens ecu isn't-recognizing A/c is ON or clutch Magnet is engaged

And one more issue that I'm facing is when Ac is on rpms are not stable on idling,done everything cleaned the throttle along with intake manifold,IAC, Positioned the Tps one mechanic suggested set on 0.90 ohm(set it with multimeter),idk it was right way or wrong but done everything that i could,Tappet were done by mechanic on 0.6mm intake and 0.8mm exhaust khair his feeler gauge was completely worn so i couldn't be able to see whether they were right or wrong even idk what were correct readings but found the reply on thread one person suggested 0.13mm intake 0.18mm exhaust so i have ordered feeler gauge on my own will be doing tappet again off course with the mechanic.

Car is running very rich as you can see fuel trims in the video,Radiator fan is on Auto and the thermostat valve is installed too,Using fully synthetic oil 10w40 zic-A from 2018,I know many people will say it's not recommended for this engine as its too old and Zddp blah blah but i didn't know anything about it till 2020 but i was satisfied so i kept using it but now i might switch to some other brand as it got crazily expensive oil change just cost 7500 oil and VIC filter 1200​

One more thing i forgot to mention have checked plugs and O2 sensor,cleaned the o2 sensor but fuel trims were still the same,thinking of changing the o2 sensor it might be the problem,weird thing is o2 sensors show OFF on cold start o2b1:Off and fuel trims are close to zero but when car gets warm it turns ON and then fuel trims started vary from 5-15 which is quite rich,idk o2 behavior is normal or its bad.

Yes it was, resolved Alhamdulillah, it happened because of clutch wire was close to the engine wiring loom, and the plastic wiring cover was torn due to heat and time so some wires get damaged because of the clutch wire.

Take your existing cluster with you and find out.

Didn't understand... Do you mean to match my existing cluster with the ones in market?.. what do i look for exactly?

Connectors behind the cluster.
The one with the matching connectors will work.
The one didn't will need some wiring.
