Suzuki GS150 Euro-ll 2013

Same is my case , i use GS 150 for fun and longer routes and CD 70 for use in heavy traffic. Ironically both are giving me identical mileage
Gs 150 is currently giving 38 kpl
Cd 70 after ring piston change is giving me 40 kpl on race mode (50 kpl when there is lesser traffic and on gentleman mode)

I know it`s poor mileage, but i think main cause could be carburetor. another reason could be that at speed of 60 kph engine sounds as if it is on full throttle

Bro fuel mixture check karwao aur carb ki tuning karwao.

Fuel mixture i tested was rich , how i know because i cleaned spark plug and drove it 2-3 km and when i again opened it , it was black , mixture i set myself repeating the same test
Was satisfied when color changed to somewhere between brown and red like rust

Will give this a go, however pump used is pso near services hospital and shell at model town more, both have good reputation in terms of quality and i also make sure they don`t rob me in terms of quantity

1- Using different grades of oil like HX7 (5W-15) but the engine started to heat up because the oil was thin then used HX5 (10W-40) again which fixed the heat up problem.
2- Tuning the fuel mixture to 5 rotations gave me a great top speed and pick.
3- Making the suspension stiffer solved my lose chain issue and made the bike more stable in drag race. However I change the suspension soft when going on long drives.

The initial pick of GS150 won't be great until first 4000 KMs but once you are done with the first 4000 KMs even CG125 can not beat you in initial pick. (Using the stock tyres)

The performance of the bike depends on the first 1000 KMs and the way one breaks in the engine. (Please read MotoGP guide on how to break-in your new engine).

I was thinking to install a HID on the stock battery, please let me know if anyone have done it. Does it affect the battery? and is the Self working properly?

Yar how do you change suspension settings
And please do not use HID's in reflector housing, it will blind others on the road which makes night driving very difficult for other people
Get a proper projector housing if you really want to install an HID

If you look at the rear shock absorbers, there is a rotator which can be used to make the suspension soft/hard.

bro dont u know about these adjustable shocks in gs,piaggio and dlx?just ask a suzuki machanice he will do it in just 4 or 5 seconds with a big special wrench.

Just grip the lower portion of shock firmly and twist it

u don't need any special tool ... i hv always adjusted mine with big wrench .. just fix the wrench on the ring lower to spring and turn clock wise ... if u want to fix it on previous setting then just make a full rotation clock wise ... that's it !

How much have you driven your bike? Get the bolts tightened.
