I am also delaying in buying some parts, some accessories from Plaza market these days as no one in market is following face maskprotocol, gloves or hand sanitizer.

No social distancing at all so avoid going there or any croedy market specially in thickly populated areas like old city areas

JazakAllah for the response! I was unable to find Oleum Rust Converter. I am buying Sloan Rust Converter Instead.
Also, I talked to the painter the other day and asked what brand of paint he is using and possibility of changing color to different shade of white, to be precise, Super White(Corolla) or Tafetta white (Civic). He responded by saying that color is your choice but super white and tafetta white would look bad on khyber and that 26U (Original) color would best suite it.
About the brand, he said that they use general and Kapci and Glasurit and Sekken is not available in shops and Nexa is too thin and difficult to handle. So, me and my brother went to paint shop and got the prices and availability of all brands. Glasurit and Sekken were not available. General was 1800 per quarter, Kapci was 2100 per Quarter and Nexa was 4500 per quarter.
Also, we went to another painter in another area just to get knowledge before consulting our painter. Basically, he said it would take around 2 liters for outer body oven baked paint and color would be of your choice but would cost extra in total cost.
Now, I am a bit confused

Bhai if you are checking for baked paint... Check near mukka Chowk and Aisha Manzil there are plenty doing this baked job... Khyber's original 26U suits the best btw...

i saw a khyber in pearl white (vitz), the colors is not that common but visually it seemed good

My painter painted with White from Honda City new model paint and it is nice,

Even due to my busy schedule, could not be able to clean it but still glossy white so overall its good experience

Windshield has been dismantled and red oxide paint has been sprayed on exterior:

Interior is being repaired. I have talked to the denter to hand over the car to us before interior paint and paint-prep. so, we can treat it with rust converter and wash it off before proceeding.

Needs a lot of work in the engine bay too much rust.. replace metal where you can and have the rust treated.. if you are noticing the area around the master cylinder housing rust makes the whole thing weak..

Denter is taking it quite slow btw...

Give the car a good wash. check if there are minor holes on the roof channels left after welding or due to rust. treat them

The holes for the strut mounts to be inspected. there might be rust underneath. remove the paint will the help of paint remover in the engine bay so u will get the bare metal.

then treat with rust convertor.

After reading your advice, I talked to the denter and pointed out few minor holes created because of welding and he assured that all of them will be properly welded before primer and paint
I am concerned too about the rust that is why I am properly washing it and treating it with rust converter before paint.

Clean the remaining namda from roof. paint the roof then install namda and then put the supports.

check the area circled as 1. Put anti rust paint inside and close it with rubber plugs

Okay InShaaAllah will do the same for the roof and holes in front cross-section. About the circled part '2' in the picture, I too don't know what is that and was unable to find in other images. weird

Wiper tray Area repaired. Still can see some areas which are not visible in photos. Will point them out to denter.

Left Front Suspension Strut Area Repaired:

Found the above circled rubber part on the side of the fender, where fender is screwed on, under the bonnet. Are these easily Available?

Yes, for these rubber parts, visit Sagheer Centre, you will see many persons selling customized rubber on spot.

1 thing, in my car, painter also do this red astar zinc oxide/red oxide treatment also in space of under handles and under roof rail rubbers, both areas seems white/gray means no astar.

Anyways, now its the time to start recommending denter/painter for finishing your car ASAP.
It seems he has started multiple cars simultaneously so giving less attention to your car.
