Asif bhai My khyber was giving 11.5km/l without ac in city during break in period. Though I have not calculated the average after break-in period but I think it is giving 12 to 12.5 per liter without AC in city and 11 to12 with AC.

Very nice restoration done. I went through the thread today however I noticed that one of the user pointed out the door handles being installed wrong and they were not fixed, secondly, did you install retractable seat belts? What abt rear seat belts too? If yes , let me know the price and share pics pls. I am also looking to install them in my 1994 khyber.

What is your Rim & tyre profile?
Your front light seems having droplets of water, Just open it from bulb holder side and do good Hair dryer, it will dry out them easily

Number and other detail are mentioned above in this thread. Although, I would highly recommend you to be cautious and do research before reaching him because as mentioned earlier even tools were provided by us to him and my brother told him some techniques to do proper wiring.

Suzuki mehran retractable can be installed in front and will cost around 2500-3000.
for back seats, it is not possible i guess in khyber because retractable cant be used and there are not holes provided to hold the manual belts.

Seat belts of Corolla 1993-2001 while belts of new 2020 onwards Wagon R & Alto (Front + Rear) can easily be installed in Khyber without much alterations

Your Fender indicator directions are reversed, correct it; Cone part will be directed towards Head Light side.

How is your Khyber now after Monsoon turn; these continuous 5 monsoon turns in 2021 have destroyed my Khyber badly and i can clearly seen loopholes left by denter and painters, at several places, water remained stagnant and cause rust

@mustansir44 if you want seat belts, take a trip to magazine lane! there are 100s of shops selling interior parts. you can easily find a pair of retractable seat belts for a 1000rs.

JazakAllah for the guidance. I have installed old seatbelts which are retractable in the front. Though they are little dirty but they were installed by previous owner as my car did not originally came with any seatbelts. Will InShaaAllah deep clean them with some degreaser and soap.

Asif bhai my Khyber Alhumdulillah handled the rain well but I can see few tiny spot in the door sill were there is tiny droplet of rust colored water. will check and address it. And also as Antenna is not properly installed so I am using some tape around it so water will not seep through there. Also, in most of the rainfalls this year we did not drove the car and covered it with parachute cover and then washed it with fresh water as rains are slightly acidic, and then let it dry in the sun.

I was late but still planning to spray bee-wax solution as recommended by @Xulfiqar bhai as a precaution for the future.

Some small upgrades done to car:

As highlighted earlier new earth wire is now installed to alternator:

Other small mods include number plate frame, firewall rubber and distributor rubber seal.

Also, rear suspension was upgraded as previous springs were hard and bouncy because CNG kit was installed previous. So, new shocks and Springs were installed along with new bushes for steering and new front-right wheel bearings:
