Yesterday, Me and my brother talked and showed the car to nearby skilled mechanic and he confirmed that piston rings were weak as car was emitting huge amount of white/blue smoke from exhaust. Another reason that rings need to be change is that we have another senior mechanic who is much experienced and skillful and told us the same thing. Anyway, we told him that we want the engine in factory state with thermostat installed and fan on auto. Also, told him to weld these circled parts below, resurface block, install new rockers and values if necessary and install OEM gasket. He gave the rough estimate of 45k with Taiwan parts and 55k with Japanese parts and asked us to buy parts for our satisfaction.
Your engine is in severe damaged state.Seems poorly maintained. Now you have to keep close eye on mechanic for proper repairing.
BTW from where, are you doing your posish and dashboard works?
Do not know yet. I was thinking somewhere near because of busy routine. Maybe, dashboard repairs from Mani, as mentioned above but will decide according to my schedule.
Go for japanese... Also please have the repairs manual on your hand, research and read it.. there are many basic things our ustaads don't even know let alone follow.. e.g they will not check the gap between the head gasket, the head and the block...
@omersiddiqui5482yes! indeed. BTW, do you have link of the manual. I found 2 links on pakwheels but both of them are deleted from drive. I found another manual from pakwheels but it is of some other model.

Search google For Suzuki G10 Carburetor Engine.. you will find the manual easily... I will also check my druve and share it here...
Thank You! But isn't it for 1.3L Engine?
JazakAllah. I tried and found some website but they are making me go through some fishy stuff (malware/credit card info, etc.). Even went to page 2 of google.
It is for both g10b and g13b.
G10 and g13 are basically same.
Oh! I see. JazakAllah. Was a bit confused when I saw 1.3L in manual.
bro what will be the standard block and head size before surfacing??
i mean stock ka kya size hota h???
if i am not wrong, once head and block faces, u need to put more thick gasket.plz correct me?
When the resurfacing is done it is to be with in a specified limit prescribed by the company in the instructions manual... I personally don't remember them, but that is why it is to be kept and considered when rebuilding the engine... It the resurfacing is done with in the standard defined values a standard gasket will always work... If the laitheman shaved just a few more mm from the surface the thing will go out of the defined values... Usually such gaps are measured using a plastigauge e.g the crankshaft wear etc...
Can you tell me name and contact of the person who can repair cluster meter? An electrician near me is dismantling the dashboard and I would then take it to someone who knows what they are doing for electrical work. Also, I am going to Mani (Ikram Dashboard repairs) for dashboard repair next week.
Beta, you are mixing things.Mani is different guy while Ikram is different guy.
Mani is Electrician at Sagheer Centre
Ikram Dashboard wala is dashboard repairer near Taleemi Baagh
If you need to repair cluster, you have to go to Hafiz Jee for repairing but if it is OK then no need to go to Hafiz Saheb, just Mani or any electrician will make it operational after fixing engine and electrics
Oh! okay I got them mixed up. So, I talked to Ikram motors for dashboard repairs.I have problems with my cluster gauge and wiper and headlight button cluster also. I think normal (mohalla) car electrician won't be able to repair it properly. So, I was thinking to take dashboard with me to some expert.
Update:Engine is out for rebuild. In the meantime, engine bay will be repaired and painted.Engine bay:
