Replace it. this roof will be like doom shaped when it will be treated with hammering anf torch weld. this has already lost its strength.

if u are removing all the qtr glasses and all windows, then its better to cut it off and weld new one. if u can find the imported roof cut from markets like shershah or like bilal gunj get it. that roof will be much tougher and good quality as compared to new ones.

This roof is too damaged to be repaired it will lose its shape... And will become something ovalish, check at Shershah you will find a newer roof easily...

Please consider the gaps in the doors and fenders the bonnet.

I have kept 92 swift Japanese imported for 7 years in Islamabad and it was PIA regarding AC... try to get opinions of pw members from Karachi regarding AC and I would suggest to get all items new even it cost you a bit more as if there is leaking in any part or used compressor fail to work up to the mark then you will have to invest again

Yes surely. As mentioned earlier, I will get all new parts but as I heard new compressor are not available and do not want to get chinese counterpart because of their reliability issues. That is why I am going with Kabli ones.
P.S. I maybe misinformed but I thought after 1989 swift were locally assembled with the name 'Khyber'? Was your Swift imported specifically?

i just read it, may be b installing roof cut from japan assemble car is may be much better option, as @omersiddiqui5482 , @nnabeel highlighted.

Arshad Denter, just adjacent alley to children hospital. Infront of Mona Family Park. PM me if you want to visit.
I will look into changing with kabli roof if the situation turns out to be even worse. For the time being, there is lots of rust on the back side of roof rails as shown in the pictures and little bit in front. Otherwise, roof in middle of roof rails is intact.
The denter gave an estimate of 85K with denting and baked paint of exterior, interior and else where and also, undercoating and without parts.

About the gaps in between the panels, I have a close eye on that. And I think the denter is doing a better job in keeping the lines and gaps equal. The gap in front left fender, door and bonnet is due to change as the front left fender installed currently is locally made with worst lines and gaps possible. New bonnet and left front fender, Taiwan made, will be installed then the front left door will be adjusted.

Treat the marked areas on both sides with care. Antirust as well as cavity wax.

this will save ur car from rusting at areas where front door hinge are present.

As @nnabeel Bhai mentioned such rust in the wheel arches happen due to the sheild being not present.. plz have it installed properly so that water doesn't settles in...

Yup! Auto shield was removed by some denter 2-3 years back. Will definitely install them InShaAllah.

JazakAllah for the suggestion. These areas will be repaired and painted. When restoration will be in final stages, I will spray cavity wax in these nooks and crannies.
