Walaikum Assalam. Was busy due to visits to shop and many other things. So, unable to update about the progress

I went to Plaza and bought as much parts as necessary. Other parts will be bought after confirmation that they are needed.

Front Bumper (rs.1100) Malaysian made:

Bonnet (rs.13000) Found stock on 1 shop after a lot of hassle:

Left Front Fender (rs.6500) some scratches on it:

Parking Lights -Taiwan Made (rs.800), Side and front bumper Indicators - Gold Star local (rs.300 and 300):

Yes, your Malaysian branded bumper has better finish than Locally Karachi made bumpers

Yes. Single shop, namely, Arafat Autos. I visited many nearby shops like KeyStone, Nippon, etc and Arafat Autos price were most reasonable. In addition to that, I got discount on parts and overall receipt of all the parts.

These are the parts I bought till now. I maybe forgetting a few. But Total cost of these parts was around 38k

Please share the shop names also.

before installing bumpers, get the bumper brackets straight and have them colored. check all the holes and the nuts that hold brackets in the body because these tend to get rusted or leave their place in the body. and when after paint the bumper is fitted it creates a mess.

There is a guy who sells wheel caps. He doesnt have a shop but sits on corner of the first gali when u enter from preedy street into magazine lane. ask him he has a good collection and he can arrange original khyber rims if ur car have 12" wheels.

last year i got 04 pcs from him is good condition for a friends khyber which we rescued and it changed the look altogether.

There is one more whole seller that sits in the basement behind shop where famous japan rubber is.
Ask anyone about japan rubber and go inside the market, there will be stairs going in. go down stairs, turn left and then left. u will find a shop who has almost everything. inside there u will find there is another shop who sells metal body parts of suzuki cars & door cards.

And yes one more thing. Buy these bumper retainers, these are for cultus. or if ur dentar can make them. these are used to hold the front bumper in proper shape. one side is tightened inside wheel arch near chassis area and the other side goes in sides of bumper. we had used metal strips for our khyber when we re installed the bumpers.

I will advise to write down all price and items price list in excel format as it will become difficult to maintain minute details in later stages

any specific reason why you did not buy bonut / fender from shershah /water pump ... the bonut would have costed 3-4k and similarly the fender would have costed half ...

Cant say about the length but i guess khyber needs a little longer ones.

buying a new bonut is a good thing. atleast it will not be soft and its inner "JAAL" would be intact. Buying a used one have a probability of it getting soft metal which tends to get pressed when someone sits or any heavy thing is placed.

@mustansirbillahasada make sure ur painter make inner Dori when he paints the bonut.

I used to make these by hand

Takes 10 minutes per piece at max.

Then primer and paint them, or chrome them if you are from raja bazar pindi or powder coat them if you dont register with normal people.

Cultus retainers don't fit.. tried them, Khyber's are a little longer.. but without them the shape and the stance isn't maintained.. a must thing for the look...

Yup! Already noting all the price, parts detail, date of purchase and shop purchased from in form of balance sheet. Also, This is for 2 reasons; first that it will be easier for cost estimation and second that it will serve as vehicle service history.
