Suzuki khyber G15A swap Islamabad

Hello folks, this time I've brought a swap diary for Suzuki khyber enthusiasts. Many people have done this swap.
But we are doing it with high quality.. G15A JDM clean unit is purchased directly from dryport with transmission and uncut wiring & its a distributor variant..

It's a full project. Like we'll be doing the following in house
1)swap
2)cais
3)downpipe 2.0
4)air-conditioning system
5)paint works (later)
6)brake upgrades (later)
7)cluster upgrades (later)
8)coil overs and strut bar(soon)

Khybers are rocketships on these. The body is light weight and the power to weight ratio makes it exciting to drive .. awesum find @dani_kk

It is approx 700-750 kgs...

Yes exactly, coil overs and braking is to be upgraded soon since, it would be really risky. Plus tire upgrade is also necessary.

Fuel tank got washed from inside and fuel pump was installed. Since it had almost a 0.5-0.75ft depth, so we made the pipe accordingly.. Drilled a small hole for wires, which were insulated with wiring pipes. And fuel tank was then installed.

Engine level was set properly, and Allignment was done and with the support of bricks and one timing mount attached and wood planks were used as supports.

Made the new reinforced cross member, which comes under transmission with a thick 1inches ms metal.
And the old cross member was kept as a sample, and the bend near the transmission was given in a more sharp angle... Will post the pictures once, I'll remove it for paint.

@dani_kk neat job sir do educate plz! since you have fabricated a cross member for the transmission, will the car now have 2 cross members to support the engine, similarly what were the modification to the chassis for the new engine mounts?

Also what coil overs / absorbers are you thinking of installing

For G15 keep in mind u have to change the radiator as well

A friend was asking which engine can be installed in khyber without any cutting is this engine a bolt on or did you do any chassis cutting. A new cross member was install was mentioned but i am not aware of any cutting in this case.

Yes not using the copper radiator.. Using the aluminium radiator, it's double row.

Bro cutting is not a problem.. Brackets sabke hi banany partay hain.. Bolt on means we don't weld anything on body.. We make brackets, we make cross member.
