You can check out prices of new cultus on suzuki's website. For reference, hese are 829k and 899k for VXRi and VXLi CNG.

sorry Bro my DSL was screwed up from the past few days so coudnt get online....

for now TRUE LIFE is the next big thing......the adverdizement campign is all ready to launch it self.......i have seen the banners and all myself , so it now just needs a green signal from the management to get started , and God knows whats running in their minds....

for now.......JPY has fallen 10%
so imported cars have fallen 10% already......it came down from 0.88 to 0.80 PKR /yen.......

plus......depreciation would be back to 2% inshallah .....and 5 years old cars would be allowed......as government has sufficiently reduced the trade defecit from 3.2 billion dollars to 400 million dollars......

every economic indicator is showing good signs uptil now...so we must not loose hope....and pray for the best ....

Bro. yes indeed the corrolla price hike is not a hype ne more......but infact.......ITS A BIGGER GAME.......this time they have raised the pricews a llltle.......and have started underinvoicing EVEN more HEAVILY......

two days back i recieved a PM from a fellow member.....telling me that he has found dealers in the market.......selling GLI for 1250 , now that surprizing at the previous under invoiced price was around 1320....

so we clearly know that they are slowly approaching towards their future prices in the disguise of UNDER -INVOICING.....
this hike is just a business GIMMIK.....to make a fool out of people and make them think that they are lucky to get a GLI for an EVEN MORE under INVOICED PRICE........they have increased the GAP between the control and UNDER INVOICE prices this time.......to make you feel even more lucky.......so just keep a keen eye and u'll know.........PM me.....and ill give you the guys contact who has discovered GLI's for 1250......

The ad just shows that u will have to pay extra cost for a new car in exchange of the old one . It means that you will have to pay the same cost ultimately. So what's the difference.

Suzuki has not announced that they will sell the reconditioned cars. If that announcement is made then the real benefit will come to users.

I would also like to recommend them to provide an official certificate of their offer to a suzuki owner after full inspection so that we can have some uniformity/ standard in used car prices.

just read the last line it says even if u dont want to exchange but suzuki would offer u a best deal. its mean they r collecting the old suzuki cars reconditioned them n sell them back agian

Its a bogus offer, total crap. You can sell a 5 years old Cultus in good condition easily around 450K in the market. Who will goto Suzuki for getting crap rates? Just for refinancing purposes!!!? Sale out in the open market and go to any Bank instead!
This campaign is sort of similar to what UBL had an year back...

@All: I called the relevant dealer of Isb the number of which was shown in today's newspapers. I asked him what they will do with the old cars and he said he didn't know. I agree that the common sense says that the used cars will be sold again by Suzuki but the question is when???

If the project is launched today officially, then after the encouraging response from users, the first chunk of reconditioned cars will arrive in market within next 4 months (minimum).

It means that though the project is launched but the benefit can be availed in next 4-5 months.

So every one who was advised not to buy any suzuki car in near future should be adivsed again now to buy the suzuki car of their choice and use it for next 5 months as the price of suzuki cars will come down in next 5 months (unless price is decreased in budget).

Its seems to have a good step by Suzuki Company itself, if all this is done by Pak Suzuki Company Limited and if they recondition cars and sell it like Certified Suzuki Vehicle (the company)

On the other hand, what one of my friend ( a Manager Sales) at Suzuki Dealership in Karachi was telling 15 days earlier was that under this scheme suzuki dealers will buy the old vehicle and sell them by doing denting painting and major works. (which can also be done by a mehanic) If this is the case then its not so worthwile.
