I am confuse what to buy (new)
Wagon-R VXL MT (I don't like AGS only prosmatic or CVT) Spacious Cabin and two-tone interior
Cultus VXL MT (i don't like AGS) good fuel average but interior similar to Mehran specially the gray plastic quality is pathetic the black used above steering is good however the gray color plastic is same as that of Mehran
or
Swift MT/AT new (very balanced interior much better quality than cultus however very low fuel average as compared to cultus, i saw on pakwheels that its average is equal to Civic almost which means for a 10k KM per year mileage i'll require 1.04 lack fuel plus its almost 6.5k yearly token almost it'll cost me 40-50k more than cultus yearly in total cost of ownership, (almost , new generation coming next year so resale value will be low and spare parts not easily available outside Suzuki 3s and 3s parts are expensive)
(although my choice was Ciaz which is discontinued for booking unfortunately and i am not into taking a used car even if its drive a 1k KM - Yaris I don't like its shape at all plus after 40k price hike its out of my budget. City MT 1.3 base variant interior AC knob color silver make it look like a delivery van rather than a car although 1.5 and aspire have black knobs and i like it but out of my budget)
If i wait for few months , you never know the PKR to USD conversion rate which changes every now and then and you get up in the morning only to know that car prices increase in lacks overnight
At my home everyone is saying go for Cultus VXL MT (available on 60 days booking or 40K own) but i personally don't wana spent 19.70 lacks on a car with a machis ki dabbi cabin and mehran like interior quality of gray plastic.
Currently i own a 2010 Carby Mehran from last decade average with AC is 12-13 only and without AC is 16-18 in city and almost same on motorway however on CNG its average is very impressive. I have driven my Mehran 94.5k KMs in 10 years and its working like charm but i am fed up of driving the same car from a decade and now wana change it. The AC of Mehran is of not much worth for people sitting on back seats. Previously i was single then married but now i have 2 kids and I need a car with good AC therefore I have to get a new ride ( and i may keep my mehran as a second car as long as it runs trouble free and engine in genuine seals also for grocery and pick and drop kids from school - the Suzuki 3s checked engine compression and PSI something bla bla and told me that it may work upto 150k-200k without need of a rehaul so i though to keep the boss with me)
with all the above facts i decided to get a WagonR VXL MT but my friends saying that its a foolish decision; they say either go for cultus or city ---- i am confused---- either to listen to friends or get a practical car wagon-R or go for a good ride like swift even considering its higher total cost of ownership in coming decade (i 've plans to keep my second ride also for a decade as i have kept my first ride for 10 years now)
