its a separate item from the engine and is mounted on the firewall near the map sensor on a corolla. It takes 12V switched and the ground is supplied by the ECU when the A/C function is called for - which means that the AC1 port sees 12V with A/C compressor engaged.

Some Mechanics Just Wire It Directly With A/C Relay But It Will Work More Better When ECU Actually Knows That A/C System Is Functioning....And Compressor Is Engaged...

I have a swapped 5E-FE in my 88 Corolla and when i fitted the AC it gave the same RPM prolem of raising and dropping adn then the engine dying. What they did to my engine was they put this DEVICE worth 700 i guess small thing with witch they connected 2 pipes comming out from the engine . erm its a small electronic device and i THINK it balances the pressure or something. NOT SURE . The pipes are connected to ONE end of the device. Smalll black thing no larger then 2 of your fingers together. THE pipes were already on the engine with BOLTS put on ends to close them and the device was given an electric connection.

Got this part from my old useless CNG kit..

used the one of these pipes...i guese these are for power steering :S

placement on firewall..

custome made sponge filter (H) i'll get breather filter later

finally...with secured pipes and connection...-ive to chassis, +ive to compressor clutch...

okay, now i had to feed 12+ to AC1....and from where to get -ive current to turn on vaccume switch?

the ECU pin called ISC controls the A/C idle up solenoid, it outs a ground when the system requires idle up function i.e. when AC1 sees 12V +ve (compressor on).

btw this solenoid will induce a massive leak into the manifold - the original solenoid is adjustable for a reason. You can turn the adjustment screw for your desired idle up speed. This CNG solenoid is a simple on/off solenoid with no adjustment.

thanks sir, now I know how to wire it up...
sir I had to change a lot of wiring of ecu..like..it is still hot wired had to solve that....the problem is, one sensor is missing on my car (air intake temperature sensor) when that sensor will be fixed..i'll re-wire the ecu..INSHALLAH..

btw i didn't feel huge jump in the rpm when i turn on the A/C...

and what will be the desi term for A/C idel up solenoid? i'll look for it in the junk yard..

Toyota 16 vaal kee ac race wali kupi thick pipe one. One pipe will connect to intake back side the other one under the throttle body there is a pipe for this.

I remember I was looking for circuit opening relay and I had so much trouble finding it. Than I took a print how it looks and pathan found me 10 types of it

I had found many names for parts some of them were quite comical e.g.

add lup vekum - (vacuum solenoid)
nep sensar - map sensor
tee pee (escilator switch) = TPS
add lup matka = idle up diaphragm pod on carburettor
dharee - crossmember
taana - gear select cable
taurda- gear select lever type
moti relay - oldschool honda main relay
double relay - oldschool mitsubishi main relay
dibbi - any control unit

these are a few only - learnt them when I was literally rummaging through scrap to find the items I wanted

The most stupidest examples of ignorance are the people buying "jenyan USED fuel filters - First I though they only wanted the fittings, later on I found they actually install it as is because its "jenyan" and the fuel etc in japan/singapore etc is so clean that its medical grade. I had no words.
