@Sharo53.....For God Sake.....Get The OEM Idle Switch And Don't Use That Desi Jugars.....It Even Looks Like **** And The Leak Will BE So Much......The Filter Thing And All...Simple Solution Is To Get A/C IDLE Vacuum Switch Thingy And Make It Easy For You...!

sir believe me the leak isnt that much...i hardly feel any difference in RPM....but still i'll get OEM idle switch...the problem is visiting junk yard..

I had found many names for parts some of them were quite comical e.g.

add lup vekum - (vacuum solenoid)
nep sensar - map sensor
tee pee (escilator switch) = TPS
add lup matka = idle up diaphragm pod on carburettor
dharee - crossmember
taana - gear select cable
taurda- gear select lever type
moti relay - oldschool honda main relay
double relay - oldschool mitsubishi main relay
dibbi - any control unit

these are a few only - learnt them when I was literally rummaging through scrap to find the items I wanted

The most stupidest examples of ignorance are the people buying "jenyan USED fuel filters - First I though they only wanted the fittings, later on I found they actually install it as is because its "jenyan" and the fuel etc in japan/singapore etc is so clean that its medical grade. I had no words.

zulfiqar bro my charade is swapped with carby cultus 3cyl engine with auto trans. bro the problem im facing that the engine started decreasing oil and emits blueish smoke when heavy load put on like traveling with car full of persons and going up on steep roads otherwise fine no smoke. bro sometime back i changed plugs which was of bosch maybe iridium dont know with pointed tip withthe local made ones and now im facing problem of low power(decresing trend) and high very high fuel consumption of both petrol/cng. i took it to mechanic he saying rings need to be changed as oil struck on plugs. please advice on this bro what to do?

replace the spark plugs for original equipment and firstly tune the engine correctly. Then take any other step.

thank you sir will change plugs asap to bosch ones which i took out or similar iridium plugs as i dont knoe which was oem with this engine.
one thing more it consumes more engine oil on petrol than on cng.
bro what to do when properly tuning this engine mechanic just clean distributor,airfilter box,spark plugs. is this a right way of tuning?

dont use Bosch, use the OE NGK plugs - cheap to buy.

guys, problems once again.....

1: car taking long cranks for starting...
2: black smoke from exhaust right after starting for few seconds (4-5 seconds)

since the day engine was swapped, there were few wiring problem..

1: ECU's always live wire(batt) was not connected properly.
2: air intake temperature sensor was missing
3: STA wire wasn't connected
4: SPD wire wasn't connected

I have solved first three and I don't know how to solve fourth... need help.. @ser_gtr @xulfiqar
