The SPD Signals To ECU Is Generated By Meter Of Those Cars They Have Reed Switch Which Generate Pulse And Feed ECU....!

You Can't Connect The Speed Sensor Directly To ECU....It Won't WORK.....VSS Will Drive Meter And Then Meter Will Take Out Pulse Ecu Needs...

If I Remem In Toyota's That Purple/White Wire I Guess Which is So Speed Pulse...!

and what about these problems?

guys, problems once again.....

1: car taking long cranks for starting...
2: black smoke from exhaust right after starting for few seconds (4-5 seconds)

locate a pulse signal coming out from the meter from the wiring.

Both your problems, long time for starting up the engine and black smoke from the exhaust point to leaking injectors. Get your injectors checked and see if the fpr is working.

and as my meter is desi made..you think it will be having that point?

you need to test DC 5V pulses, lift one wheel and rotate to verify pulses. You can also trace the circuit board to figure out.

And I will verify the pulses with the help of LED or a small 6v bulb, right?

yes every electric speedo works on pulses and to test them in the car you need a good multimeter and rotate the wheel slowly

i think i had to strip whole speedo meter to get to that point..

Another problem, after driving car for like 5-6 km when breaks get enough out, a sqeaking sound start coming from front right tyre....its not a continuous sqeak but like che che che gets faster and slower with the speed of tyre....
But when a put very light foot on brake pedal sound vanishes.....
And on putting pressure on brake pedal sound starts coming from front left tyre...

What should i do now?
Disc pads gone?

this chee chee sound is characteristic of the brake disc guard plate touching the moving disc.... behind the brake disc is a metal plate.. push it away from the brake disc as much as possible...

this has been my experience... but may be it can be some thing else

that metal plate is not even present in there..still that sound...

remove wheel to check, check that if the pad shim is riding the disc hat. if it is then reseeat the shims. Use silicone grease only to overhaul brake caliper sliders and apply the same to the back of pads.

so i rush to market and biught new tools...for DIY's...

my first periorty was cleaning injectors so took them out of car....

i can saw i lost of dirt and particals in the filter buckets of injectors....how can i clean them....are those removeable?

im gonna make an apperatus for leak test and to check spray pattern soon...
can any one post perfect spray pattern of these injectors?
