remove wheel to check, check that if the pad shim is riding the disc hat. if it is then reseeat the shims. Use silicone grease only to overhaul brake caliper sliders and apply the same to the back of pads.

btw if you dont have the brake disc shields rocks and dirt can lodge into the brake pads. - and that little vacuum thingie is the purge canister solenoid.

can I see a closeup of the tools, I hope they are not chinese garbage. I have seen unbranded chinese tools with extreme sloppy casting, and they do break or damage the part you are trying to repair. Good tools are an investment.

got it....and the problem is.......there are no shims present..o

and the retrainers are aslo not present there....is that the problem...?

can we use powersteering fluid or ATF to lubricate them..if silicon grese is not present...?

if you dont see a lip on the filter then its cast into place, dont try to pull it out, you will an ultrasonic bath to clean them. For easy cleaning, use a toothbrush and hold the injector upside down.

caliper slider has many names - I have heard "clip pin" "brake piston pin" etc. Nearly all of them in Pakistan have rotten rubber seals because mechanic ustaad uses petroleum grease on it.

nopes - use a stiff toothbrush to remove the debris while upside down - it seems like your car is not running a fuel filter.. and I hope you have got some silicone oil to install the injectors back into the rail.

that much clogging with a fuel filter? what sort of filter do you use. You cannot pass any liquid through them to clean them, the ultrasonic bath shocks the debris loose - thats why its so good.

and silicone oil is called silicone oil. In Karachi you need to go to the oil market behind the zoo to buy it. Your galli ka nukkar autos etc wont have it or even know about it.

This Much Dirt Is Only Possible If There's Tooo Much Clogged Lines/Filter And Bad Petrol Run Across Them....WIth A Sure Signs Of Rust In Tank.....Maybe Its From Old Car From Which Engine Taken Out

Anyways.....Best Is To Get Them Ultrasonic Clean For Cleaning Them Inside Out......!

By Any Reason If You Can't......Then You Can Clean Then Using Carb Cleaner Sprayed At Top Feed Side And Opening/Closing Injectors Instantly........(It Need Lots Of Patience And 2 Sane People....You Left Open Injector For Long...You Will Ruin It...)

Use 6v Supply To Operate Injectors....Don't Use 12v...

I Prepared A Small Apparatus For Cleaning Mine ANd Pressurizing Injectors With A Wiring Harness To Operate It Nicely......

yep - these use the same generic kit any modern toyota uses. I think the original Toyota kit was about Rs 1400/- when I was there. you can also buy replacements from Bombay automobile or rubber .. Cant recall its correct name.

Its an ancient shop behind plaza market that only deals in rubber O rings, hydraulic parts etc. Tell them the O ring is for sealing off from petrol.
