When I swapped in my 5AFE I changed almost 2 to 3 ECU's. Those 2 ECU that i got earlier use to run fine for day or two than use to drop RPM and all kind of issues plus when I connected the ECU ELS point of those ECU's that made no difference to the RPM. So then I got a ECU that looked like an earlier model and it was bigger in size that worked fine for me. What you got is also a small ECU of 5AFE so try if the ELS works for you.
Let me share pics of the ECU's
OLD ECU As you can see in the pic is the one that says 4AT. Later i got M/T and 3 AT one this one worked fine.
Also another important thing did you connect circuit opening relay? If not than you must connect it. Without it your pump will keep on running when you switch on ignition and in a longer run will damage your injectors and its also very dangerious as in the event of an accident or a pipe leaked the pump will keep on working. I am posting pic below of the wiring methods and also how a circuit opening relay looks like.
Plus you asked how can you connect different electrical loads to a single ELS what you need is a electrical diode you can buy this from a local electronics market and connect diode's for the load. See the pic of diode below.
