guys as you see there is no restriction in return line of fuel..

could this b the probem that car is not going above 4k RPM ? mean coz of lack of pressue due to this?
or there is some sort of vavle in fuel rail that maintain fuel pressure?

plz confirm me ASAP

Its a fuel pressure issue.

Are you using the in-line fuel filter? It has a check ball that helps retain fuel pressure once the engine is switched off.
If you put a kabli fuel filter, filter may be blocked.

Also make sure that the sock filter on the fuel pump rests at the lowest point in the fuel tank.

ask your mechanic about the "presharr test meter" for cylinders, this is the layman terms for compression tester - if its good compression and your crank is not rattly or worn out (lack of oil pressure) install new valve seals only.

I hope you have installed a EFI Fuel filter. Other wise say good bye to your injectors within a month or so :). New one costs around 2200Rs and please buy a genuine one.

what are sign & symptoms of a rattly/ worn out crank?

I also had issue of rattle sound in 5AFE and also in Charade CB 23 engine But 7AFE is a very silent engine plus they have improved crank design for longer stroke so no rattle sounds or any other in 7A.

Vaqas bro i had already read your whole thread of 5afe swap i know you were having starting problem coz of leaking injectors...and injectors leaked coz of no fuel filter....so im not gonna do that mistake i will install fuel filter before taking car back to home..

Right now not using any type of filter except that jali type thingy connected to fuel. Pump...

Bro tell me is there any type of valve in return line of fuel that maintains pressure ?
Is that valve in fuel rail or fuel tank?

no valve in return line.

The fuel pump has a one-way design. The fuel filter has a one-way design.

Also do check the fuel pressure regulator is working fine. Make sure the vacuum line that connects it to the intake manifold is not leaky/blocked.

Its Located On Your Engine...on Fuel Rail(Where You Connected Your Pressure Line Banjo Bolt) ....On The Other END...You Will Find FPR...

Is There Any Missing/Misfires In Car???? Or Its Smooth Till 4k And Then Limits There???

Thanku so much sir for the concern....appericite it :)the problem is solved and as i was thinking it was coz of faulty FPRbefore i reached there they(mechanic and electrition) changed every thing plugs, plugs wire, distributer, ecu, fuel pump, injectors, MAP sensor, TPS, and what not....i reached here and told them to change FPR and they were like "sir ya kabi kharab nahi hota"and started there diagnosing again....they changed the whole wiring, wired all the sensor openly and place ecu in the hood and there was no single difference in the behaviour of car...i insisted them to change the FPR again like "yar maray kehnay pa ek dafa badal k to deekho" so they finally changed it and car was back to life...and then everyones mouth was shut....

there was no mis firing...and sir it was not exact 4K the problem startes as soon as we push the accelerator a bit fastly...but this was only hapening on moving car...on standing position it was going till fuel cutoff limit...

sir there is one last problem(i hope)...speedo meter is not showing correct speed...i hit limiters in 2nd gear...my speed should b near 100but meter was showing just 60.....what should i do?

Is that 800rpm idle (with no electrical load)? Or is it 750?
