Well... I am new in PW and ... dont know many abriviations you ppl normally used...like RKR..

I use to visit Baluchistan where I have my famly land... near to Karachi... around 120 to 150 kilometers from Karachi.. visitng there since I was a child....Using 4X4 of different kinds..

Having many pics in unbelieveable tarrains with different Jeeps.... but never thought people like it so much....

Well.. I would gather those pics, scan, .. and then post here..you people must enjoy InshaAllah.

DeeDee, Left Rear wheel is scary without weight ... What suspension upgrade is done by amercians? I have seen articulaton of more than 2 feets & its looks ultimate.

Anyways, the current suspension Mog has is very suitable for desert rallys, do keep Cholistan in mind as well :), it will fall in under 3000cc category , for speed we wouldnt get any marks, but beleive me it doesnt have any difference on or off road, U can still drive this Mongster in desert @ 80km/h!

Basharat that is always scary while sitting high above and your head is almost 7-8feet above the ground :). the mogster usually not alter the articulation because of the irregular COG of mog but i have seen rear softer coils with alter in torsion bar and upgraded shocks.

Check Jobremski mog 404 and i always enjoyed watching him crawling with 100% stock unimog

@Basharat......have you tried mogging in desert? yes we can do the coholistan rally for fun and believe me if we take the shortest and toughest rout we can be somewhere near the target.

unimog is made by daimler benz (=mercedes benz). tough bull. with wheels of a railway bogey, it can pull a r-bogey on tracks ! (gear in high ratio).
i believe european fire brigades have hybrids i.e unimogs with road wheels and rail track wheels, hydraulic operated.
to drag out bogeys if accidents happen in tunnels or other wise, beautiful and extremely tough , go anywhere maschine.

A good restored rig can cost you upto 600k depending how much you pay to the Mog Killers and the condition of mog.

mog killer used to sell it from 175k to 225k and being labled as Merc the parts are costly that effects the restoration.
