when your mechanic/you/anyone checks the injectors look for any leaky spray at 90% test load (the rating is stamped on the nozzle holder itself) what nozzles did you use anyway? and please test in small strokes just like the engine does, not in one big shove like our desi shops love to do.
Time your pump correctly using the drip/bubble method - to ensure you get correct engine startup and quiet good power
I also trust you always use new seat washers when replacing the injectors (they deform once tightened) - otherwise you can surely damage the nozzles in short time and also get rocky carbon buildup in the nozzle holder threads too.
you can buy copper antiseize from any good auto speciality store, its used on threads that have a tendency to sieze in place, its an orange paste with copper granules in it.
