When you've got the Enzo engine in a car that weighs more or less the same, you have to have some form of traction and stability control. Nowadays with electronic throttles, even if you floor it, you're not actually "flooring" it, if you get what I mean. The electronic controls shuffles power around, play a bit with the clutch and then you're off like a shot. Same goes with the F1 gearbox. Not many people can/want to change gears manually. Although it would have been nice if you could get a full manual like with the 575s. Then you could have done a few rubber shredding starts 
As for the ceramic brakes, I doubt you'll see a difference at street speed - unless of course you drive on the street like a banshee... :A
