I can say Cyberpower UPS is well built. I purchased two and in recent thunderstorms both of them washed out (ghusul) in heavy rain while in operation but both are still working fine after placing them in sun to dry for a day

Haha true, I'm using cyberpower inverters in my home and office for more than 5 years, never had any issues. Much better quality than Homage inverters. And i recently bought cyberpower solar hybrid inverter because price difference was only 3k Rs.

The inverter supports max 260W i think( Read in detail to find the appropriate panel)
I am using Yingli Solar and Suntech in my system. A grade panels nowdays can be purchased for as low as 75rs/W.

The experience is good using them from past 4 years or so. Yingli is a very famous and well known brand you should go for it but there are many copies of yingli in the market. Make sure you buy the original ones.

None of the panels produce whats written on them. They are very efficient when there's less heat and normal sunlight. Full capacity is observed rarely due to multiple factors.
The thing is that they do go at max power and the quality is very good.
I purchased them 5-6 yrs ago don't know about price now maybe 75-85/w
Yingli is very well reputed brand so you should have no issues.

mine are 54 or 55v (open circuit voltage) i guess. Infini can support upto 500v dc input from panels

Flooded lead acid are never good for backup. I'd recommend to go for Narada or some deep cycle battery.

Trojan is best as these are american batteries and also deep cycle despite flooded ones

I checked fully charged battery voltage few times, it was 13.65 to 13.7 mostly. Always within this range.

Further, I noticed that UPS wires going to battery terminals get warm to hot on UPS mode with 3 fans load.

AGS GX200F battery and UPS charging set to 20A setting.

I check gravity once a month. Since last month, its gravity in one cell dropped significantly. So the cell issue is also there.

What to do?

Get a good quality wire from auto shop @ RsA 10 per inch...no heating issues. .it should be pure copper and contains > 100 wires

Yes cell could be the issue. One faulty cell destorys the whole battery. Fully charged battery should have 14v (Not on load). These flooded lead acid batteries are not good for backup. Try gel or deep cycle batteries next time.

Your voltage seems OK as a fully charged rested for minimum of 3 hours voltage is 12.7v its considered to be fully charged have your ups a 3 step charging,?

Try to equalise your battery once in a month for 4 to 5 hours

100% SOC is considered as 12.7v to 13.1v in some batteries 14v is just float voltage of battery while a charger connected my mentioned voltage is for a rested battery

As I posted many a pics about SOC at 100% u can see that in every table they showed 12.7 at full Charge as I have 48v battery bank its fully charged at 51.8v
