That is what i had in my mind. I need to install 4 more similar panels to get benefit from this setup in terms of free electricity but panels are expensive and 60k isn't small amount for me.

How can use these two solar panels to charge batteries only? separate charge controller ?

Can you post pictures of your current setup? wiring from solar panels, breaker, etc. I'm thinking to DIY.

As I posted many a pics about SOC at 100% u can see that in every table they showed 12.7 at full Charge as I have 48v battery bank its fully charged at 51.8v

If my batteries have ocv of 51.8 and you put load on them of like 3 fans voltage would drop instantly to 48 and keep dropping. Won't even run for an hour (Talking about flooded lead acid) 110Amps

Ain't it a massive drop in voltage as considered of your load of just 3 fans?
Mine 150A battery bank when my load goes beyond 2kw then shows of 49+ volts but never ever touches 48 as early as u said

First of all I'm using shi*ty lead acid batteries. Secondly, I don't know what the hell is wrong because i remember my Apc ups giving 6 Hours backup on the same or more load. Current load is one freezer and 2 fans, tv and routers.
On the same load 3-4 hours tou kahin nahi jata tha. Then the batteries died don't know how.
After that bad luck, using Infini.
One set of new batteries got stolen.
Then again purchased exide, wo bhi Farigh again excide wo bhi gai. Then heard ags and phoenix are better. purchased phoenix there's are **** aswell. The amp meter shows that amps drawn are according to load. Koi hal batao.
Batteries show no sign of overcharge. 10Amp max charging current. Pura din solar hota hai so load shedding is only at night 1 Hour after 3 hour. So 3 hours.
Night time freezer runs on one loadshedding only max 2 and load is reduced.
Which batteries are you using and amps?

Your battery bank is very small as its clearly mentioned in Infini specs that min battery bank should be of 125Ah as you have 110Ah and above that these are FLA batteries these are not more than 75 to 80Ah max so now you can see that how small is your bank and backup despite that show me your battery cutoff voltage settings in Infini software of PC

The problem is that i don't need long backup so 125aH recommendation doesn't really matter. I used to get 6 hours backup with the same batteries. I came to know today that they're actually 85Ah. Fraud everywhere. Anyways, will upgrade to narada 150Ah next year. Hopefully it'll serve me better. The quality of these local Flooded lead acid is pathetic. Cutoff voltage set at 42 if grid not available will change it to 44 because these batteries get permanently damage below 11v i guess..

Try to get this type of narada batteries. These are giving 4 time more back up then ags try to have battery at least 50 % more then your load.. like if you need 110 AH then go for 155 as it doesn't drain battery completely

yes iA they were out of budget this time. my requirement can be fulfilled by even 80 amps * 4 just flooded can't do the job and phir quality

Thats why! Btw 125AH Recommendation is bcz inveter is 3kw so load can be 3kw somwtimes too. For that reason minimum 125aH is recommended.. How are the batteries going? how many yrs backup hrs on load?

I am using one battery for 5 months and rest 3 I bought 3 months before so can't say about their life so early and it gives me a very good backup with my inverter AC on for whole night and light goes for 4 to 5 hours in whole night .

good idea would be to equalize/balance the batteries now as you purcahsed it in different times. It will improve battery life. I will check gravity also again of my batteries. So far they're just running.

What's equalisation in flooded batteries.
Is every inverter has option to equilize batteries.
I heard all batteries in one system should be of same time of purchase otherwise masla hota hi..u have purchased batteries in different time.. any problems u faced regarding this

By equalization i mean not equalisation of the cells inside a battery but different batteries. I don't know if its true for gel batteries but usually one batteries or more may have a higher or lower voltage which can be checked by a voltmeter. Whenever i tried batteries which were used a few months and adding two more new ones the bank got unbalanced and damaged all batteries.

No bro there is just 2 months gap between these batteries that is fair enough regarding Gel technology but may be something went wrong with flooded ones.
You can equalise you flooded batteries at high voltage like 16V for a period of round about 5 to 6 hours may some acid spilled out during this process fill it with water at desired level this process is enough in a month or two

My all battries have voltage around about 12.75 to 12.65 so its not a big deal and difference is very less as negligible
