What's equalisation in flooded batteries.
Is every inverter has option to equilize batteries.
I heard all batteries in one system should be of same time of purchase otherwise masla hota hi..u have purchased batteries in different time.. any problems u faced regarding this

Not all inverter charger have this option..
Good sophisticated have..
You need to buy separate battery charger. A multiphase battery charger.

The problem is that i don't need long backup so 125aH recommendation doesn't really matter. I used to get 6 hours backup with the same batteries. I came to know today that they're actually 85Ah. Fraud everywhere. Anyways, will upgrade to narada 150Ah next year. Hopefully it'll serve me better. The quality of these local Flooded lead acid is pathetic. Cutoff voltage set at 42 if grid not available will change it to 44 because these batteries get permanently damage below 11v i guess..

Man you're killing batteries. These batteries should never go below 48v (50%SOC).

FLOODED are best option in pakistan bcz of 40c temp in summer.
You need to buy Phoenix or AGS but max size available.
These batteries in infini with SUB option in load source mode can live nearly 2-3yrs. This is same as ACME AGM models.

Note: back to grid voltage should be 49.
Cuttoff voltage 48.
Mode: SUB.

Gel batteires have life 4 times more than flooded ones and have true deep cycle as you can dishcarge these at 50% DOD without any restrictions.
While on the other hand flooded ones are used for crank starting puposes a sudden discharge for a very shirt while and then charge again via rectifiers.

It is 1 kva tesla PWM hybrid 12 V system with 155 AH PGM narada battery.
Aim is to use day lights to power 2- 3 ceiling fans and charge battery as well..
Pv is mono module . Currently 300 watts but plan is to add 300 more.
Done as DIY.. installation of circuit breakers in PV line and AC out line. Cost us 85k

Deep cycle batteries are only good option for solar and ups..

Yes. Higher side for battery but avg rate in islamabad is 28 to 30. About panels I don't know there is lots of confusion. Even tesla solar in isl sell at this price now

44v means battery dead... If you cycle at this depth.. You have to change the battery every 6 months.

What's this V open circuit? Same voltage displayed by inverter or when battery not connected as my hybrid solar inverter default cutoff voltage us 10.4 v and I have changed it to 11.5 V

battery comes down to 48v in a few mins! The battery is not discharged to 44v every day. Its very rare when theres some electricity malfunction. At 48v its 50% battery still but these stupid batteries loose voltage very quickly. Not suitable at all for ups!

Flooded are best option,seriously? These batteries are good for cars as can provide very high amount of current but a shorter period of time. They are not ideal for ups because they are not good for providing a continuous current for a longer period.

No dear you misunderstood between deep cycle and flooded type.

There two leadacid type batteries. 1 car battery 2. Deep cycle.

Both car and deep cycle types can be flooded or AGM.

for solar and ups we need deepcycle not car battery.
Unfortunately most flooded battery in Pakistan are car batteries. Recently I checked Phoenix UGS series looks better than rest.

now there is problem in AGm bcz they work well in 25c temp which is not possible in Pakistan.

Flooded can work till 40c however there water evaporates too fast... No problem just fill again n again n again.. Never left below marked lines..

We ignore this again n again part and cry every 6th month.

Bro you're right but inverter always see you cutoff voltage under load a for example I am using an inverter AC on my inverter and some times load exceeded 1.5kw to 1.9kw and under that load my voltage drop to 2 to 2.5v rather than actual voltage so when ever I turned off my heavy load voltage becomes to normal state so these all readings are for a rested batteries may be 6 or 12 hour stay in rest then you can measure their exact voltage and SOC but as u know we cannot measure these under load so we have to lower cutoff V to that lower ratings i.e 44V or 45V
