Fuel avg keeping in view small engine as compare to our 1.5.... i never ever got 7-8..... always 11 plus with 2 / 3 WOTs in a tank, like kinda mix driving smooth and active 50/50....

Wasn't expecting that even with a heavy foot for this 1.0 T...

Even with all smooth Lahore City Drive i got around 13 two times like 12.6 / 12.8 in this winter along with climate control ON all the time with all smooth drive...

Yes the features like Nav unit and sensing package we miss surely in PKDM 1.5T

He said he got 7-8km/l at speeds of 160-170. And 10+ With normal city driving

Still "Bad" as ours give 10/11 at 160-170. It should have been 12/13 + in city driving. What i feel is small engine reaches its top end potential as compare to a bit bigger engine at 160 plus minus speed which is normal for a smaller engine....

Mileage, if driven for it, i did a 100 km in city with 8 litre fuel (as per the computer) but this fig can quickly if i push too hard .. over and over... it achieves 17 km/l on ring road with ACC locked at 100. I am sure same can be achieved on motorway. The variable ratio steering not available in PKDM is also a very nice feature, steering feels much better at low speeds and very precise at high speeds.

Currently my ODO shows 7.3L/100 KM on a 10,000 KM run (roughly). mostly city. At speeds of around 110, i can easily squeeze 19 to 20KM/L. This however depends on how you're driving. These engines are not suppose to lugged so i try to maintain speed of 120 KMPH on 5th gear. Shifting to 6th can be counter productive at times. The worst mileage i ever got was aroudn 9KMPL at an average speed of 160-170 kmph on a 200km stretch with frequent WOT to reach 190kmph.

Since we are not used to Manuals anymore, it is an entirely different skill as compare to CVTs

Man, the fact that it is manual, alone makes it so mouthwatering. Also, regarding the discussion that is ongoing, IMO it is absurd to be measuring fuel consumption at speeds like 160-170, as fuel consumption should be measured at 'high probability' scenarios.
