About the transmission, i recommend reading about the honda's new manual. It supports adaptive cruise control, hill assist, brake hold and traffic mode(where it acts like an auto)...

You will love the 6 speed manual transmission in this thing. Its such a sweet transmission with short ratios and short shift, I love it.

She is in bad condition, look at the roof, the door, no passenger side mirror probably because that one has blind spot camera and someone just stole it.

You bet! For someone who knows ABC about cars there's no harm in buying a used 1.5 Turbo either. I said the same thing to @Spano as well. On the contrary, the 'layman' should steer clear of the Turbo as it requires some pampering to deliver the joys.

I generally have similar preferences, hence local Civic is of course not up to the mark (build wise). But I don't see anyway that the build quality of Civic is inferior to any other local car. In a way it saddens me that Civic X has met with a lot of negative publicity, lots of which is unfair.

Performance (of 1.5T) is another level! My daily driver is a CL9 and (like you guys) have kept a 8th Gen, but Turbo is a tonic!

Great! I guess you must've seen my other posts where, after installing catch can, I:

• ran Liquimoly Catalytic System Cleaner through the brake booster, as a precaution to clean out valves in this DI engine
• cleaned out the plugs which got dirty after the above
• drove like a maniac in S mode for one tank-full to clean out any debris that might have gone downstream into the combustion chamber, cat or turbine
• got the plugs changed, just as a precaution
• finally today got the 15k oil change

Extreme measures, and some certainly not recommended but I just don't want things to get out of hand!! Even after all these, there isn't a huge difference in engine performance, which means it was ok as it was, LOL
