Yes, and I also happen to be a Haier customer. Have to get their flagship "invertor" AC installed at home filled with new gas every year because since the last 3 years their Service Center bozoz have not been able to find the leak despite having it in their lab twice. Should I use that overall experience as a yardstick in case I decide to evaluate MG?
On a separate note, how exactly are Haier and MG related from a product manufacturing perspective? Do you see for instance Toyota dealers across the world invested heavily into other totally unrelated lines of product manufacturing? These are not transferable technology verticals either. Success in one doesn't automatically imply the same in other.
Let's not confuse "Availability of Service" with "Quality of Service". One comes after the other, and often after a lot of investment, experience and right mindset.
