Always wanted to go for something which was powerful and efficient and seeing that the future is D class i finally decided to bite the bullet.After doing a lot of research it came down between the Zed Audio Leviathan v3 and the arc audio 1200.6 xdi v2. Both D class amps and pretty epic and backed by legendary designers such as Stephen Mantz(Hifonics,Planet Audio,Focal FPD) and Robert Zeff(the guy behind ZAPCO).Went with the arc due to it being the latest technology as it's designed and made in 2014 plus the Zed had some reliability issues.

Haven't installed it yet so reviews can wait,without further a due...

The first thing I noticed was that "it sounds different" and I still stand by that statement. I don't really know how to explain it but it does sound different than my JL Audio HD amps.After about a week and a half of listening to this difference I can say it is a good different. The best way I can think of to describe it is "crisp".So to sum it up, this amp has a really nice detailed sound to it with plenty of power and dynamics.
It never sounds harsh and to me has a unique sound to it that I have never heard before. Vocals are out in front, cymbals sound real and have really good presence, height is great and like I said before it has an awesome "crispness" to it. It's a small small sexy amp that doesn't seem to get hot and packs a punch. You really can't go wrong with it.

That is a great powerhouse you got there as a one amp all solution. Plenty of power with top-notch quality. One couldn't ask for more after getting this beast. Up top Coldie!

Exactly muneeb, more power= better handling and more dynamics.It is good practice to give your components more than they're rated and definitely I myself am pretty psyched let's see how it turns out.

i think i caught this thread right in time as just a few days late and my review of your system would have been obsolete because of this awesome awesome addition

had a pleasure.. and i do mean PLEASURE of listening to coldie's system a few days ago and what can i say... it was a beauty. the 8" mids blends in so beautifully with the sub that even on the rear seat one is hard pressed to localize the sub. the mids and tweeters are beautifully balanced and the sound stage is right where its supposed to be. its like you are listening to a live orchestra.

I have had the pleasure of organizing and attending many a concerts during my university days. I was usually around the musicians on stage when they were tuning their instruments during sound testing. they would play their instruments with or without amplification and it kinda taught me what an instrument sounds like without amplification or sound processing. It was sheer pleasure therefore that the first note, a guitar being strummed, played on coldie's system sounded so realistic that i got sold at that very moment. it had all the crispiness, the reverb and the depth to it that you hear when u hear it played live.

your's is simply one of, if not the best systems i have heard in a long time. bravo. keep it up. arc audio is a mighty mighty awesome upgrade.

It has been a long journey indeed and I still feel i've learnt nothing uptil now,the knowledge is limitless when it comes to this particular hobby and we can only try and explore a bit of it in our spare times.It takes a lot of passion and commitment but it definitely is a fulfilling hobby.Music has always been the main priority as it is the replacement for any substance that one might take,it is the food of the soul and the objective was to always feel like you're there.

The only first time I felt motivated and inspired to go on to dwell so much onto this path is when I first heard your setup with the p90 at the Lahore audio meet.You have been an immense help,a brother and a mentor in fact you'll always be my mentor since you helped me out and inspired me to do everything even till today.Your words mean a lot and I hold them dearly,with that said thank you so much and yes it definitely is something which i'm excited about and can't wait to share it with you the next time we get to meet.

Had a chance to listen to this setup. Downright awesome. One of the best cars I have heard in a long time. The RCAs, Amp, HU and speakers are all top notch performers. A true 4 way active system, and tuned very well. Hats off.

Never thought a D class can sound so good in an SQ system. Way beyond its competitors. A very well thought out buy Coldie. The Dyn setup has truly come out of the closet with this clean power and the awesome door damping. Spot on performance.

Well done Coldie. Was absolutely a pleasure listening to the new setup. The bar has been set.
