Thermostat Valve isn't a poison (it is there to prevent the engine from slow poisoning) i am using it in my khyber which is currently driven around 2 lac 65 thousand km on it's stock sealed engine i haven't faced any problems with that till date.
These are all just excuses of old engine bla bla bla......
Just all the systems need to be maintained properly.
(Agar sasta kaam karo gy to phir problem to aay gi hi bar bar)

Thing is you are guiding them wrong and i have a heating problem..... WOW on your mentality.
These forums are for serious discussions and to contribute something that is helpful for others.

If ur radiator is rusting that it's not the radiator which causing it to rust cuz radiator is made of silver and some desi radiators are half copper made so rust issues ka liye ek baar radiator utar kar us mai viniger daal kar over night choor dain

radiators are not made of silver but aluminium. It's true for new cars only.
In old cars like Cultus, radiator is made of iron and copper.

The main reasons your car overheats are:

• Some hose is leaking
• water body metal pipe is leaking
• water pump is bad
• radiator is full of rust
• fan motor is blown
• temperature sensor is bad
• radiator fan relay is faulty
• Thermostat valve is rusted and stuck
• radiator cap is leaking
• radiator is leaking
• radiator drain nut is leaking
• you forgot to put water in radiator

Simple as abc is if you are going to use Tvalve in car like Cultus which overheats quickly you should use coolant to avoid rusting! Simple! If you are going to use plain water then i'd suggest not to use TValve

Mene radiator cap bhi change kraya hai our radiator full service bhi karaya hai fan is working good so i think thermoswitch is good and temperature sensor is working as when there was no t valve temperature was below c

Bro the temperature gauge is showing perfect reading there is no problem with that.
But be sure to use coolant with T.Valve also check the condition of metal pipe going to water pump if that is rusted and radiator keeps on leaking frequently then change both things and start using coolant for peace of mind atleast for some year's.
There isn't any thing like k gari purani ho gai ha to coolant ya thermostat nahi lagana.
If the engine and head gasket is in healthy shape then it won't trouble you.
The Direct fan and no thermostat is a jugaar by our desi mechanic's to give the dying engine/head gasket/cooling system a little more time to live.

Don't know if engine is healthy or not.
Using coolant since March 2017
no t. Valve is installed
what should I do?

Make the fan auto and check for any issue's if everything goes well then place the T.Valve in system.
Also if the speed of radiator fan is slow get a better fan for that the FF radiator fan in carby cultus is nothing more than a joke.
