If there is T Valve then its the ideal position. If T Valve is absent then you should check these things

You can check it yourself. In cultus it's a replaceable item it's not serviceable.
It should be on intake manifold you can look for a rubber pipe comming out from valve cover and then going into air filter housing and to PCV valve on intake manifold if the PCV valve is hard then most probably it would require changing.
I think in this matter @saboor73 can help you better.

The petrol pipe is looking cracked to me do change that with good quality one's this can be very dangerous if fuel starts leaking from there.

So Pvc will be in other side of the pipe which i removed as in picture?will it be in the pipe when i will remove or is it attached to the engine side....

PCV is attached to the engine with help of a bracket. 2 screws hold that bracket in place.

today's mechanic visit, he checked fan direction and it is running in proper direction.
He also checked metal and hose pipes and all area clean no blockage.
Water Pump, he said it's working properly. No need to change.

After driven of 8 kms. U can see the situation in the attached pic. Please tell me if it's OK or needto be solved.
Also attaching a pic of inside of rear wheel. Can u tell me what is the part seen behind the tyre in the pic.

Well about temperature needle looks like Radiator fault if every thing is fine then. The needle just stays a little higher just a bit than this with thermostat valve and auto fan.
Can you post some pictures of radiator from front?
And
The part behind the tyre is Muffler(dholki/Exhaust). The rubber at side is muffler hanger.

Hassan tahir bro my exams are starting from 18 so i tried to check the pcv my self as you can see in the pic there is something in the pcv valve and also its not fully open like jesa koi patla pipe hota hai is kay andar kuch hai...can you tell me aisa he hota hai pcv valve secondly mere filter pe thora sa engine oil aya hua hai any problem with it thirdly starting kay waqt gare ne pani kay kuch katra nikala tha silenser se but radiator ma pani nahi kam hotaa not an cm difference in water in radiator...

I will show u radiator pictures. Coolant I saw this afternoon and it's full in radiator but little reduced in reservoir bottle.
No t valve is installed and fan is direct.

noted about the part behind the Tyre. Is it ok? Secondly I do see only on the rear Tyre of drive side not on the other side. Why is that?

If oil is coming in air filter housing then most probably PCV is bad. Same happened some time ago with me and changing PCV solved the problem.
Water drops from exhaust are normal they are a result of combustion process taking place.

Cultus only has a single Muffler that's why you won't see that on the other side.

With direct radiator fan as you have water shouldn't get reduced but a little bit is ok.
Even i keep the level in reservoir bottle a bit lower than FULL mark.
