Clean this area thoroughly and then check from where it is leaking exactly. In the First pic as you said before Gasket job in that it looks like it is leaking from valve cover gasket and the small rubber washers placed beneath the valve cover bolts.
In second picture it is a bit confusing though can't get it from where it's appearing on exhaust manifold.
Clean that and again check after a short test drive that would help pin point where it is leaking.
Just get it checked from some good/experienced radiator wala he can tell you about it water channels and it's condition.
BTW in picture i have also seen the radiator it's not the stock radiator which comes in cultus stock radiator in cultus is of copper. The one you have ATM is Aluminium radiator with plastic tank's looks like previous owner changed the stock one with used aluminium radiator.
The stock Factory fitted radiator is better than this one that have better heat transfer ability.
Though aluminum one's are also good as now a day's mostly car's are coming with these from factory.
