In the first pic there was so many leakage seen but now the position is better in 2nd pic.

I have cleaned all that area on Saturday but found oil again in that area. Now I will take a new pic again and send u for better understanding.

Do you see something fishy in water channels?

brother I bought a car with this radiator. Since it was my first car so I was not so experienced that time to see every knock and corner. So far it works average not brilliantly but will see in future insha Allah.

I am not much experienced in mechanical work but I had the same issue black oil water comes from exhaust pipe means valves are leaking or gasket issue. You should get your car checked with experienced mechanic or 3s motor.

Thanks or advice bro but my problem is oil leakage near the gear box and enginei hope i will resolve it soon will wash and upliad some pics here

If u don't have trustable mechanic (like me) then go to 3s motor. No doubt they are very expensive but problem will be solved permanently.

The seals were check 1 month ago gear seals were okay as by the mechanic only engine seals were out and agr gear seal leak hai tu us ko nechay girna chaeya ya nae is trah
Also can i use the oil leak stop in gear oil also?

Water channel's cannot be seen from outside only a radiator wala could tell about the position after opening up the radiator.

There are some products available in market separately for adding into gear oils. Just read and follow the instructions written on them.
Remember oil stop leak products only work on small leaks if the leaks are bigger then only solution is to change the seals with genuine one's.

Hmm if gear oil level is decreased there are chances of gear leakage not engine oil leak?
Axle seals are out of the gear box or will it be opened?

In such case's before engine teardown a wet and dry compression test can tell you completely about the engine health and also weak points of the engine.
Instead of tukka methods that our genius mechanic's use.
This can save one from some big expenses.

Axle seals can be changed without removing the gear box.
Only axles will be removed.
There is a fill hole at right side of the gear box if facing the car from front. That fill hole is near to the C.V joint where it is fitted into the gear box. That also helps to prevent overfill of gear oil into the gear box.
But our mechanic's usually fill in the oil through the speedometer cable hole and overfill it which leads to leaky seals.

Ohhhhh bro when he changed the gear oil he poured it from speedometer and he filled alomost 3.5 L i guess but it was little overfilled if it is so which seal is leaked?

The gear oil capacity is 2.3 liter for carby Cultus.
He overfilled way too much if he poured in 3.5 liters.
Also the recommended gear oil for Cultus is API-GL4 75w-85 or SAE-90

Dont remeber but it was zic brand 2 litre and remaining was some other brand oil dont remember maybe its 2.5 litre not 3.5 then

The right inner C.V joint side seal is leaking and the shifter seal is also leaking as in the picture.
The side seal could be changed without removing/opening gear box but the shifter seal couldn't be changed without opening the gear box.
And yes the gap is more as compared to the other side there shouldn't be any gap get this checked i think so only pushing it inside would do the job.
It would be better not to use any engine flush if there are heavy deposits of sludge in engine OR if the engine is weak.

This looks like from exhaust manifold Gasket though. Have you got that changed during Head work. If you haven't then get that changed wouldn't cost much.
I don't think so that there is any other seal in that area which could be leaking.

that time i asked my mechanic if this manifold packing need to be changed? he said no... its ok to use the existing one. i bought most of the parts prior gasket job like water pump, timing belt, oil filter, gasket, tappet cover packing, distributor seal, distributor packing, spark plugs, manifold packing etc. but most of the parts been returned to the shop.
you are right that it looks like manifold packing but my mechanic is insisting for rings issue.
secondly, if it is a manifold gasket issue, does it change at a time? or take time?
