that time i asked my mechanic if this manifold packing need to be changed? he said no... its ok to use the existing one. i bought most of the parts prior gasket job like water pump, timing belt, oil filter, gasket, tappet cover packing, distributor seal, distributor packing, spark plugs, manifold packing etc. but most of the parts been returned to the shop.you are right that it looks like manifold packing but my mechanic is insisting for rings issue.secondly, if it is a manifold gasket issue, does it change at a time? or take time?thanks bro.

It's almost a job of 35-40 minutes.
Is your car reducing oil OR giving smoke on high RPM?

Bro kindly point(cv and shifter leak) it from the pictures...some points to be cleared below
1.bro the leak starts only 2-3 min after the car but i think the leak is not greater while car is moving and when the engine is turned off and car is stopped it leaks 5-6 drops (also some times greater and sometimes 1-2 drops)so i think it is because of over fill
2.whats the sympton while driving that gear oil is low and any serious threat to drive car with low gear oil...
.NOW what i have decided to do is that on next tuesday
I will change the pvc valve
.Will check to a mechanic and decrease the gear oil to 2.3 L as you said(as oil leaks when it engine starts so oil may expand which will cause leak)
.will repair the cv joint which you said doesn't require gear box removal(please tell the cost of it)
.will use geak leak stop liquimoly
If it stops the leak to or leak little bit after that and i may use the car for a month
I cannot remove the gear box as it was opened 2 weeks ago and im busy in m. Exams which will last 1-2 months after that will repiar the shifter joint...
What do you say?
Also please tell me the symptons of low gear oil so that i may refill it and the dangers of low gear oil​

Leave the shifter seal for now(it may be due to the oil dripping from C.V side) just get the C.V joint pushed into the gear box i hope your problem will be solved just by doing that.
If leak still doesn't stop then you will have to get the seal where C.V joint connects with the gear box. For that Axles would be removed and then seal will be worked upon not a big job.
Seals wouldn't cost you much maximum 200-300/-RS for genuine one's can't comment about mechanic labour all have their own rates.
Symptoms of low gear oil could be sticking gears or some extra noises.

Just get this pushed back into the gear box for now.

ONE THING MORE jab mene pcv valve check kiya tha tu wo dono side se air nikal ra tha i tried cleaning with with cloth also the place where it fits and after putting everything back the leak started any related thing pcv?

Nope PCV is a different thing.
This is the picture of left C.V joint side the one on right side is out from it's place means driver side one is out from it's place just push it back in.

Hassan my suspension i thinks its the steering rack is out will it be also keaking gear oil?

Bro this gear leak was also present before the t valve and after service it was not there for about 2 weeks then after checking the pcv started again om the next morning​
The smell of leaking oil is like the oil used in remote control cars motor as i remember my little brother had one
So it is confirmed that the gear oil leak is the culprit not the engine oil engine oil is not decreasing that fast only 19 20 ka farq hai last 2 weeks se
Beacuse Im changing the engine oil next week so thats why if the engine need to be opened( gear box) the oil might not be wasted

Gear box is a separate thing. Nothing would happen to engine/engine oil if gear box is removed.
But don't worry gear box wouldn't be removed for this leak.
There is just some problem with the driver side inner C.V joint.
There is a clip present on the splines of the inner C.V joint which goes inside the gear box and locks that in place you wouldn't be able to do that your self for checking that complete driver side Axle will be removed and then after inspection/repair will be reinstalled.

Are you sure with pictures that this is the seal leaking and not any other like the main seal of gear box and shifter seal?
I will check it next week then will it require to remove the gear oil ?
Any personal guess what will be a good mechanic charging in a big market?
Bro according to me the leak is like something leaking from the gap of that case and cv looks not too oily maybe because it rools down ?

The maximum cost for this work shouldn't cross 1000/-RS at max.
Only decreased gear oil will be filled in.(do ask the mechanic to fill it thorough dedicated fill hole not the speedo cable in this way there wouldn't be any chance of overfill)
After doing this the situation will be more clear.
Looking at pic's i am sure that it's leaking from the driver side C.V joint.

I washed the car with water pressure where the leaks were now after driving for about 50 mins when i came back home the join of engine and transmission part. U shaped part was leaking from both sides the cv joint side and from the other side as you can see in the pic also the cv joint looks clear to me and does'nt look like it is leaking.The chamber from the side is also covered with oil dont know why but it was changed 1 month ago

here are the pictures of condenser, radiator and oil dip stick. please see and advise your suggestion.
also i check the smoke status keeping the car start for 15minutes. the RPM was at 1200 to 1300 but i haven't noticed any smoke from tail pipe.

No problem with the engine. Engine seems fine. Oil level is also upto mark.
The radiator is looking dirty wash it with pressure water from front. If still the heating problem remains the same then you have to get the radiator inspected by some good mechanic/radiator guy and get it replaced/cleaned.

i have a plan to go to service stations to get it clean from pressure water.
now the only the left is to change manifold packing which makes a leakage of oil. In Sha Allah i will get it done and update you.

I have removed the extra gear oil by opening the filler nut it was 300 ml overfilled
But when i compared the colour of engine oil with the gear oil then the leaking oil colour was matching with the engine oil checked this from a mechanic near my home he was good as he knew where to fill the gear oil from and he drained the extra oil now after looking from below he is telling the engine main seal or chamber seal are out.
But the engine oil is not decreasing fastly as by the dip stick
The leak is leak 6-7 drops when can is stopped at garage
Should i use the oil leak stop of liquimoly as recommended by you and also i will change the pcv which will decrease the pressure so the leak may improve...
Im changing the engine oil on tuesday after pcv valve if the problem persist can i still pour out the new engine oil and use it again if the seals need to be replaced?
Brother please tell me your suggestions?Im waiting for your reply.

The liquimoly leak stop is a temporary solution say for 5000-10000km it is good only if one doesn't have time to go to workshop.
Permanent solution would be to change the seals with good quality Japanese one's. ARX OR CORTECO brand if i am recalling the name's correctly.
Changing the oil pan seal is easy.
But for changing the main seal gearbox, pressure plate, clutch plate, flywheel will be removed.
Seal only costs 50 rupess but the labour for changing the main seal is around 2000-2500/-RS and 4-5 hour's time.

The engine oil can be reused just drain it in some clean container.

So im busy for like 3-4 months i can use the leak stop for now as i dont have time and will repair it soon INSHA ALLAH
so i want to ask can i fit the pcv myself or will it be causing problem?

Installing a new one is simple.
Take the old one out and fit the new one.
Nothing difficult in that.
