Hassantahir2 brother Today i noticed that while comparing both the engine oil and drained oil (gear oil) the engine oil was leaking, under the hood the oil is leaking from the chamber where it falls to the exhauste pipe so i think its the engine oil which is decreasing not the gear oil and the good part its leaking from the chamber i think its not a big job to replace that seal? i will spend 800-900 on that leak stop its better to replace the chamber seal?(i will confirm it from a mechanic too but im damn sure its leaking from the chamber the oil is not coming from the cv joint also...)
Now i need your help that what will be the labour for changing the chamber seal?does the exhaust is removed?whats the price of seal genuine(best quality name if possible)?please suggest me a good silicon(name) ? can you tell me a good mechanic in rawalpindi?

Chamber seal isn't of rubber they are mostly made of some other materials so leak stop wouldn't help in that case. Leak stop work's on rubber seals.
For changing chamber seal i think chamber has about 14-16 bolts. Labour won't cross a maximum of 500/-RS in this case.
No exhaust isn't removed for this job.
The main problem is silicone that our mechanics love to use at some places without any reason. The normal silicone sealant that is used by mechanics gets squeezed out of place while tightening the bolts hence causing leaks.
For this kind of application some tri bond sealant is used can't recall the name that's quite expensive though.
Just tell the mechanic not to use too much silicone just use a thin layer of silicone that should work.

The current one is showing silicon from all sides was changed 3 week ago started leaking again
Im fed up with leak
If you recommend tri bond then i may use it if its neccesary or will a good quality silicon work thin layer (120-150 vale?)
What about seals, quality ma farq hota hai un ki?
Time needed for this work?

I think so tri bond wouldn't be available easily.
For chamber seals i think there aren't any branded one's available you can get the local one's.
Use the silicon which mechanic recommends but tell the mechanic to apply a thin layer of silicon and let it settle for 15 minutes before putting the oil pan/chamber back.
Max time for this job would be 1 hour+-15 minutes.

I will ask him to get the best quality silicon will also tell the auto part store to give best one for the job
One last thing the seal of the chamber was already changed one month ago so should i change the seal also or should keep the one no problem of money as its cheap and i dont want to take rist btw i even dont know which quality of seal the mechanic has used

That seal isn't reusable change that with new one.

I have a question for u.
Remember I showed a picture of oil leakage with arrow marks. Now the situation is, Leakage is found when car is driven for few kms but when car is parked for 2 to 3 days, no leakage is seen on that area. What do you think?

The oil only circulates in the upper part of engine when the engine is running. That's why it only leaks when the car is used.

Total cost
350 for silicon and seal
150 petrol and cloth for cleaning
700 labour i gave him 500 now as it was still leaking will give him 200 when it will completely gone our is bar apna paida sa seal our silicon laya ga
Do you suggest anything for the next trip to him?kay mujy jaha se chamber mura hua hai kya karna chaeya btw im happy that the main seals were okay​

If the mechanic gives you warranty for no leakage in future after repairing the chamber then go with repair otherwise replace it with a used one from scrap yard.

Looking at the oil seepage it seems very less you are safe if it stays like that.
