How is building a CKD Caterham remotely demotivating 
? It is not called Project Car Hell for nothing is it? You were called out for putting a lowly PKR 500k price on your build, if you call that criticism. If you have the money, get a CKD and try putting it together if that is what gets you going.
People have wild ideas, but that does not mean that they are feasible given the experience/engineering/money that I currently possess. Hell, I have a life-long crush on aircraft, and I pretty much read-up on aviation whenever I get the time; also played many simulations on the PC as well. I do not go about on aircraft forums claiming to be the next Howard Hughes trying to build the next Spruce Goose

I love myself some RC airplanes as well and boy, it takes a lot of perseverance; MONEY; patience; MONEY; elbow grease; MONEY to build a really good model. Some very detailed models start out at $15k for a build, with $10k just for the jet engines and associated electronics; and if you follow RC closely, people have dedicated many years towards building a single model.
Try building scale models as a start, that way you can learn how things are put together and will probably still have money left in your pocket.
