Thinking to buy civic but confused. Please help

Hi Friends,

i am about to buy honda civic, but i am confused which one should i go for, i like reborn and rebirth too, but i dont want to go for too old models. can you please share your opinion, how good they are ? which model should i go for? whats the difference in performance in these models ? i may also think about civic X 2017 model or maximum 2018 model. what about the fuel average, i am from karachi. sorry i am really very confused about these cars. please share your opinions.

otherwise, go for rebirth ... reborn would be too old and i don't think a good condition civic x would fit this budget .

i have heard k 2016-17 Civic X models main A/C condenser aor steering rack ka issue kafi aya tha... lekin rebirth ka aisa koi known fault mainay nahi suna aj tak ..

khair, gari achhi tarha inspect karwa lain lenay se pehle agar X per dil a hi gaya hai to : )

fuel avg. in busy traffic would be 8-10 kmpl

I will also say get new car. You have a good budget...get a new one. If you like honda, get a city. I don't feel much difference between the interor of rebirth and city. X vs city is a different story though. I would go for a new city.

Only 2019 facelift onward. 10th gen old models are a total disaster..risky since most cars had issues and facelift fixed them all. Specially avoid 2016-17 white meter ones

Thanks for opinion, I may not afford 2019 model Civic price, so tell me about rebirth Civic 2016 or city. I already have city IDSI 2007, but I want to have something change and good

I am using rebirth 2016..getting 10-11km/l avg with ac in karachi.. this is a combined average, only highway drive gets you more than 14 km/l easily .. Rebirth is a well balanced car, enough power yet good fuel consumption. Due to flat floor, 3 person can sit easily on the back seat.

Rebirth or 2019 onward civic. Comparing city with civic (even 8th gen) is not even making sense. City doesn't even come close to civic/Grande. You can solook for 2014-15 Grande..another v v good choice.

We have a rebirth 2014 and a city 2010 at home. Based on their use, and if you're not going for a 2019 civic X, I would suggest you go for a SUPER CLEAN AND LOW MILEAGE FULL OPTION rebirth. Coming from an older city, you WILL definitely feel the difference. I love the rebirth. I love the city too but rebirth is clearly better. Rebirth is very underated.

I suggested a new city because new is new... First ownership is something else. Choose what feels comfortable.
