I was recently facing same heat issue, what I noticed that on back of throttle body their was a big hole on car body of more than 1.5 inch for electric wires and CNG wires and seal was loose and hard, so I filled the hole with Foam. now issue is fixed

Lhr/Isb me car kaafi mehengi hoti hain as compared to Karachi market. safely 1-1.5lac difference hota hai

Give it a try bro. And then let us know about its performance. And dont forget to check ECT wiring from ECU to sensor. Baleno fan kicks in at 98C temprature usually.
