market me kabli mil raha hai 500-600 ka..jab k new hai nahi..heard new around 1500+ ka hai with no guarantee at all. ye mujhe 750 ka para imported direct at home.

I have one 2004 december jxr baleno
Lahore registered. Original cng and ac.
But currently car is in isb.

I am highly doubtful of this chinese sensor that it will work properly. I bought brand new Japanese from Suzuki dealership last year in Rs 5760 for my cultus efi. And it is working perfectly.

The picture i have posted will be working as fan switch as well as temp sensor?

Its called ECT(engine collant temprature) sensor. It sends coolant temprature readings to ECU and then ECU acctivates radiator fan at set temprature.

how did you rig this double coil setup with ECU?

this setup is done almost in all balenos now. this is waste-spark setup too i.e 1coil fires two cylinders like in Liana. its not the coil directly over the plug so ensures longer service interval of coils - this is the general perception - i dont know how much true this is

@RehanBhatti i changed the temperature switch but it did not turn on the fan at desired time. i took off my old switch, it was full of rust etc - cleaned it and it was shiny again and put it back - and it did not turn on the fan too and needle crossed 70% mark. why is it happening? i have put back the old one and it shows the temperature reading all fine but fails to start the fan on Time - so is the sensor bad itself or what?

I had same problem. And I bypassed sensor's round wire from sensor to ECU and my problem was solved out. How many wires coming out from ur ECT sensor?

3 pin connection hai baleno me..

Great. One of them is ground wire which is going to ECU. find it and bypass it with a new one. Ur problem will be solved for sure.
