also service the vacuum pump ,,,,,, full of carbon ,,,,,,,,also replace the feed and return pipe ,,,,,,,,,

also find a replacement timing cover and oil strainer ,,,,,,,, cover was broken and some one has punch holes in oil strainer net ,,,,,,,

also paint the engine with abro high enamel ,,,,, i must say paint quality is really very very impressive ,,,,,,,, half can is enough for 2 coats ,,,,,,

crank shaft and oil spray jets installation ,,,,,,, block is all clean from inside out ,,,, all oil galleries are fully flushed ,,,,,,

clean all the bearings once again before installation ,,,,, and use couple of drops of engine oil ,,,, same which later add in engine ,,,,,,, one by one torque all caps and rotate the crank to check its free motion ,,,,,,,,,

do not over torque ,,,,,,, i replace few bolts,,,,,,, they have been stretched because of over tightening,,,,,,, as new not available so have to rely on old parts shop ,,,,, in ideal conditions these all must be replace along with the head bolts but here impossible to find the new replacement ,,,,,

first fit the center cap which has trust bearings on both sides ,,,,,,

today go to rwp to collect few parts ,,,,,,, stopped at liuqat bagh ,,,,,,,,,familiar site for rawalians ,,,,, although i am not found of dining out especially juices or charts , but yet i stopped there for sugar cane juice ,,,,, one shop that still sell in hygiene condition,,,,,, any how main reason is to collect the straw ,,,,,,,,, later will use it while installing valve step seals ,,,,,,,,,,
